I'll be planting Palisades Zoysia next week, yea I know its a lil late but the warm season in Georgia lasts longer. So how many days could you go without mowing before the front yard looked as tall as the untreated back yard ? Might be a fun PGR experiment to document and teach for Subs. Max days of pain vs tolerable level of tall grass pain or stress. Yea I get it a little with fescue but mostly when rain messes up my schedule and yes I've cut grass in light rain . 😁 Why did you cut twice but with 2 different mowers, never seen that method before.
It’s amazing stuff. It’s a huge kept secret because the less you have to mow then lawn company’s business would be cut in half. But I love this stuff for my own lawn. Game changer
@@robertl5792 bro what are you talking about sad looking your yard looks good! That st aug and Bermuda is looking noice!!! How much water are you putting down I can’t tell if you need a fungicide or if that’s just dormant grass coming back to life? Def be careful with dethatching st aug doesn’t really need the be dethatched maybe lightly with a dethatch rake if you have a thatch layer…. Another thing is not really recommended to overseed st aug as you have to scalp and could damage everything but you do have some Bermuda which you can overseed… man I wish I had more knowledge with your grass type so I can really help you cause my rye fescue Kentucky Frankenstein lawn is a completely different process than yours my dude! Overall though those pics are nice!!!!!
@@YardBrah thanks brother on water I do like 4 min every day on the front and back and I did put fungicide I didn't see no difference... hey brother you may not know much but you've been teaching some stuff and really good stuff thanks a lot
Thanks so much for the video. I did a big thumbs up in a follow question for you when you started applying the Tnex did you have to reduce your watering or did you water as usual?
Def let it sit on the plant for about 24hrs then water as normal this is an old vid I use to water it in with a bunch of products and it worked ok but leaving it on 24 hours really does the trick… remember it can burn the grass a bit but then it gets really really dark and stays really short 😂😊🤙🏾
@@YardBrah thank for the reply sorry maybe. I should clarify the question what I meant is after you apply it and let it sit for 24 hours because the grass will not be growing at a slower rate. Do you still water your grass the same amount example if I’m watering during the summer 1” per week do I reduce my watering or keep watering amount the same?
Oh that’s old vid…. I think that season was Scott’s sun and shade mixed in with barenbrug turf blue pro Kentucky blue… my current lawn is all perennial rye fully renovated with hattrick and fireball thelawnlife.com is the only seed I use 😊🤙🏾
I don't have any experience with Anderson's PGR but I can tell you T-NEX is doing well this season checkout the new vids I left a section of the front not sprayed with tnex and it's a lot lighter green than the sprayed area! Thanks for tuning in! 😊
That the color of the grass. I put the midnight and microgreen after i took that picture. I let it sit on there 24 hours then water it in i show you the after color
If I’m going to cut shorter and shorter it will be easier to maintain with my current schedule lol everyday was nice for a second but my bin was getting so full I started mulching 😂

Could you imagine disrupting the lawn industry with 1 product lol that’s why T-nex is not available in multiple states 😂
@@YardBrah oh yeah for sure!
I'm supposed to be doing my yard instead I'm drinking coffee and looking at this video nice yard brother and damn man look at does stripes

Was worried about you hadn't seen anything from you in a while t-nex explains everything glad you're still getting after it🤙
lol you know it’s a lot easier to make videos when your lawn isn’t thriving 😂 gotta get the creative juices flowing! 🙏🏾🤙🏾
@@YardBrah hey man love the content always a pleasure getting to watch your work
WOW, Nice lawn and land scaping!.
Thank you that’s an old vid! 😂👊🏾🔥🤙🏾🙏🏾😊
Nice music, great stripes
Dude I love the stripes that sun Joe lays down!! Can’t wait to get mine!! Looks amazing I think I might have to try some t-nex as well!
Tnex is a must! This sunjoe is the little beast 😂🙏🏾🤙🏾
@@YardBrah So using the dethatcher to create the stripers is not going to hurt my turf? I keep my lawn at 2in
I used Anuew in the Spring to help with some Poa Trivialis. It definitely slowed the growth. Great video Brah!
oooo gotta check that Anuew out!!! Thanks for all the info always! 🤙🏾🙏🏾

Pebblestone drive way rocks that lawn heavy! Want me to come preasure wash it .. ;)
☀️I gotta try t-nex! 👍
New subscriber, just sprayed t next for first time today, pumped to see results. Lawns looking sick
Thank you yes you are going to love TNEX! I find it works best after summer heat!!! 😊🙏🏾🤙🏾
Looking good, the shaka at the end to finish it off lol.
😂😂😂😊🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🙏🏾
Oh yeah…….
Where’s the beast!?
RELEASE THE BEAST
Slowly working on the beast lol a lot of parts falling apart on me 😅🙏🏾🤙🏾
How long after application did u mow? Looking sharp for sure
Does it have to be used around mowing time? Can it be used few days after mowing?
My grass grows so fast I have to do it the same day… waiting a couple days it would be time for another cut 😂🤙🏾
How often do you apply it?
How do you like that sprayer? I'm looking for a battery powered one and not wanting to spend big $$
Love it! Once I dialed down the leaky nozzle by putting plumbers tape it’s been flawless! Highly recommended 🙏🏾🤙🏾
just ordered T-nex what's the iron that you use?
Nice!!! I’ve been using Greenorr by lawn supply co… I also use lawnstar on amazon 😊🙌🏾🤙🏾🙏🏾
Your yard is tight!
Thank you! Loving the look right now! 🙏🏾🤙🏾
I'd have to agree with that. It's pretty nice!
Its a phenominal feeling to get it right.. he's proud AF!
Is it better than The Anderson’s PGR?

@@YardBrah ok thanks, I appreciate that!! I’m trying to get my yard on your level haha. Enjoying your videos! I’ll check the new ones out.
Bro. Im put some iron on yard. To show the new dark green
Let’s check it out brother!
Bro i sent you a email
@@TerranceSTL T is the midnight stuff you’re using making it that deep green? Cause DAMN! Your lawn looks lush bro!!!!
That the color of the grass. I put the midnight and microgreen after i took that picture. I let it sit on there 24 hours then water it in i show you the after color
New grass filled almost all the bare spots. And is real dark green
Iron actually makes the browning worse with PGR. Manganese helps keep the healthy green.
Gotta love that manganese!
Iron helps keep it green after the first app. You’ll only get bronzing on the first app, none after that
@@jimmythigpen8683 seriously...even if it was last season?
Nice. GO tnex Go
T-Nex………? But why!?
LET IT GROW!!!!!!!!
Drop the “N”!
If I’m going to cut shorter and shorter it will be easier to maintain with my current schedule lol everyday was nice for a second but my bin was getting so full I started mulching 😂
First 🤘🏼
For sure 🙏🏾🤙🏾😊
