    First time I have heard such a detailed description regarding the procedure ...Thanks...what sauce would go with it ...a spicy tomato or a mayo mustard garlic....

    I tried it today it came out good.i just wanted to knw instead of frying in oil can I do it in air fryer.and how much time and temperature should I keep 😊

      Maybe you added too much filling due to which it's opening up.

      Estrelina, If you use only the Egg Whites your Prawn Rissois will get a nice crispy outer crust but If you don't want it too crispy you can use the whole egg.🙂

    First time when i ate rissois the filling was not so overpowering it was just pefectly made how we make simple dish of shrimp but now i see too many cooks on line and they add this and that which i think is not necessary,anyway i make this nice and simple.

      @GetCookingNow I'm not against this recipe,but I don't like cheese or flour,I made mine few days ago and came out good,I think i should try your way and check how it taste sorry Its not my intention to hurt your feelings.

      Maria, The original Portuguese recipe does include Flour & Cheese. We have done the same. Do try it out.🙂
