- Finished final assembly of my rebuilt from 3 Kohler Courage parts and installation onto my Craftsman LT1000 hauler lawn tractor.
Sold my Scott's by John Deere 1642 for $600
I am now officially sold out of tractors. My new UA-cam Camera arrived today and hopefully will be filming with a reliable 4k camera.

Silicone behind plastic to block for vacuum leak. If you can't find gasket or make one from cracker box type card board.
Might look good black with yellow rims and yellow deck like poulan pro riding mower

Henry if you spray some carb cleaner down by the throttle plate in the engine and it dies down and back up surges again you know you have an air leak there it's an old trick
People loves john deere here .
You can always "Make a Gasket" and use a Hole-Punch for the Bolts Henry!
This is what I do with my own Equipment.
Just wish there was a way to "Make your Own" Head Gaskets... But with Head Gaskets, they probably need a LEAD COATING to seal. No LEAD for me!!!

Here in Georgia im selling my mower around 400 or 500 most of them are crafstman 42" cut 18hp .john deere is the most hot mowers.
Its because of cheap plastic cams. They take 10/30. The oil flows quicker
Kohler commands don’t have plastic cams, they require 10w30 also Papa!

hey not bad today selling that john deere there, and apart from that courage surging sounds great after the rebuild hopefully a carb clean will solve that issue.
The exhaust didn’t fit because you didn’t put it on before you put the motor in that style muffler bolts in on top of the chassis should’ve been installed on the motor prior to putting the motor in
