Aloe Vera is real good for acne and acne scars. Works wonders for your skin. Helps prevent stomach ulcers. And helps relieve sun burns as well. I have a dozen plants. Love your videos Maria!

Thanks for this Maria. I love aloes too and have been growing them and using them every day for about 45 years. They do make a difference. I am almost 65 and most people think I am in my late 30s. LOL Magic? No. Aloe Vera... skin, hair, nails, eye brows and lashes, in smoothies and aloe water and more. I have literally 100s of them. ;-) Great video.

I would do a copper color on you and you would look 50 and those pretty eyes of you would pop up along with your skin

You have inspired me to take better care of my aloes. They got too much water from our recent rain in CA and were not looking good. They also needed bigger pots, so now I hope they recover and start making pups!

Before you decide to eat/drink any aloe vera you have to do your research and see if the one you have is the EDIBLE variety. The recommended variety is Aloe Vera Barbadensis . Another favorite variety is Aloe Vera var. chinensis which has many medicinal properties but not suggested to be eaten. (Do a google search and compare visually the two Aloes). Also, when you are going to eat/drink Aloe Vera Barbadensis you are supposed to separate the 'latex' from the gel before eating. You shouldn't just cut it and eat it.

Nice video. But before using it you should drain out the yellow toxic fluid which comes out. Hang it for an hour so that the yellow thing is of it.

Don't water it. And make sure you have well draining soil. Preferably cactus mix. But seriously don't water it. Once every 2-4 weeks is good.

You can put the plant indoors during the winter time and water it once a month. These plants can't tolerate frost so make sure it's taken care of👍
