I’ve watched your videos, and very interesting how well your cats respond to these live traps. Wondering how well northern mn cats would accept these traps. We usually have to wait a week/couple weeks for cats to come back to the area, and puts a little more pressure on a proper set what’s your thoughts??
I know several mountain cage trappers that have success caging bobcats. There are fewer cats in those areas and you there travel ranges are bigger so you’ll have to wait. Definitely several weeks for them to come back through. But normally they are very furred out in those regions compared to our desert cats.
Yes. Definitely have to have the proper location and take an wind direction and sit on cat sign in your area. Also, probably have to maintain your traps more often due to snow and freezing temperatures.
