Congrats team Kenya, greatest athletes in the world. Jakob Ingebrigtsen is also one of the best, won gold in Tokyo.
A race of all times......Mburu the real machine........zakayo is a beast on its own.....
3 years later both Ingebrigtsen and Barega have Olympic gold medals and Kiplimo has a silver medal :)

Yeah he sure is. Just when when you think he reached past being a teenager he sprint like a man possesed and is now in his 30s. Incredible athlete

Current stars.Barega won gold 10,000Km,Kiplimo Bronze and Ingebristen won gold 1500km in the just concluded Olympics.
@@wanjiruciru6237 Pretty sure that Bekele guy finished fourth in the most recent World Championships 5000m. Not to mention NCAA 5000m champion Cooper Teare, finishing fourth in the Olympic Trials.
Waithaka now world silver medallist at 10000m.
Waithaka is very promising, he did a lot of work 700m to the tape. Zakayo needs to check his strategy......he might find strong finishers some day. Keep it up my Kenyan people

Those athletes who were overlapped should not be in the final they should have used heats before final to reduce them,they just causing confusion in the final 100 meters
Would be so easy to just fit a 13min20sec of race footage in a UA-cam vid. How can you think it doesn’t matter to any of the fans
What happened to zakayo and waithaka in the olympics. Why did they not compete? These two guys are strong runner for the 5000m
Injuries,but they are now back training
Zakayo got injuired but he actually competetd in order to go study at a university now he has acomplished it so he kinda slowed Training down
Kenyans run like for fun and just due to talent or a specific purposeliketoattractscholarships but not as poofessionals. Have no professional coaches. Have no sponsors and no govt support. No world class facilities. You can imagine if they had the kind of support US and European countries accord their athletes!

Why has this not featured by Total Running" One of the most exciting 5000m. The ones you thoight would win did not win . Zakayo come back was legendary. He was not even in the picture in the last 100m

If there are people that are going to be lapped in a 5K, they shouldn't be in the final. There should have been heats to this competition.

You need Jesus because he is Almighty God manifested in truth. You need Jesus because he is Man, manifested in grace. In him grace and truth met. God, in all his perfection, and Man, able to understand your suffering and cry with you when you cry. This without losing an atom of your divinity.
