If government could invest (stop misusing funds) in the education system half as much as the private sector, more students like this would emerge 🤞🏽
Congratulations 🎉
government invests in themselves... catch a wake up
700 billion for basic education alone.
@@rickmorty5215 I agree but this money doesn’t arrive where it’s needed, they just spend it on themselves
@@rickmorty5215 south africa doesn't even have that money right now

So proud of Sazi...it brings So much joy to both parents seeing their child achieving exceptionally...Her elder sister is also doing Masters In Foreign service in US...Guess it runs in the family...BIG BRAINS...
Congratulations to Sazi and his family on this excellent achievement. I remember when he was just 13 years old, already showing so much potential. Your guitar teacher is proud of you Sazi!
Thanks I remember you very well!
Its sad to see that our bright African children also being colonised by the inperialist
Its sad💔
@@abdi7149 They are not being colonized. There's just no future in South Africa and he is looking for a better life.
@@11window12 you are ralking BS, he is going to study NOT emigrating.
@Angel Aarthi S. Really you're his family now. GTFOH
Sazi should be protected at all costs. A national treasure this one. ❤️❤️
No he is just like the ofher children. Its only an opportunity those other children have not been given to excell like him . From Kenya Congratulations young man but have an eye on sciences too ,know how that you can bring and creat work with for milions of jobless in the country

Through a certain visa (i.e. H-1B) if he excelled in a S.T.E.M role or professional he can become an American citizen.
@@danievanzyl2613 nope you only become a USA citizen if you live for more than 5 years in America and since he is going to America to only study then he will need to do more steps to become a US citizen and he is going with a student visa most likely not a permanent visa
You need to learn about America for real
So proud of the boy, sounds like he was brought up really well. I hope he feels zero pressure from the attention he's received
What a charming young man! Congratulations fella, hope you have the time of your life! God speed son.
Thank you Sazi for showing our kids "it's possible"! Your support system must be beyond proud! Your MOM! OMG! God's Speed!
Indeed, it certainly sounds like it from his speech here

@@jasonMB999 Balance me quickly, what’s wrong with it? I was adding some colour that if this result is to act as an inspiration (which it will) to those following they also need to appreciate the process, i.e. that there is a pathway one has to commit to. Often there is a danger to think or make it seem like people ‘pop’ up into ‘greatness’ but these are not microwave results, the struggles, deferred gratification and pains of getting there are real.
excellent work, hope he comes back and builds the country, lets break the vicious cycle of brain drain and also lets support young men like him who actually know what their doing rather than being political zombies
@@TheCriticalMastermind When skilled and educated people leave their home country to go pursue greener pastures in other countries
@@TheCriticalMastermind Brain Drain is when the highly skilled and educated people leave the country to go work in other countries and build their economy with their skills leaving their country of birth with less highly skilled and educated people

His going to a 1st world Country
He must take advantage of the Opportunities that side
Build what country? South africa is already built honey it just you guys who ruin your own country
And also america is not going to help him learn or teach him how to build south africa or a country, he is going there to study not to spend 365 days for 4 years of learning how to build a country that he must likely don't care to build
Let h study and he worked hard for it and idk why ya'll making a big deal about the fact that he got accepted in America 👀
Congratulations. Wishing him absolutely everything of the best.
This is fantastic. Congratulations. Young man with a sense of direction
Congratulations to Sazi Bongwe. It is well deserved. It is astonishing to see such achievement from the youth of South Africa. I am proud of you.
And people didn't want kid like him to be celebrated just because they are scared they have failed and the matric results should be done in secret. Well done champion

Congratulations to him and God bless him and his studies. Continue success and excellence to him. 🙏🏼🏫🇺🇸
So so proud, and so humble. Well done young man. Mummy has 1000 reasons to be more happy. Absolutely brilliant 👌❤️😎
Thanks for correcting the misconceptions and stereotypes about Black people . Black excellence
@Ošklivý Bogdanov If you were fed lies all your life about how you look , that’s all you see on tv and magazines… and you found out how beautiful you are , you will do the same . Why are you so pressed ?🤣
If government just fixed the education system, so many black people could do well.
Mxm thetha inja. Blacks dont owe anyone a correction on our image.
@@johngablesmith4671 not that easy... we need families to encourage early on development and nutrition. Its the only way to somewhat lift our dismal national IQ. Education yes, but family needs to take up the mantle in raising their kids...EARLY ON, properly!
@@felidaenkings3599 hmmm.... your reaction says otherwise!
Wow, 95% 😱. Just brilliant
Reading some of these comments is really sickening. I am a person of color too, but it’s totally unnecessary to turn this particular scenario into a race debate. I mean come on people. This young man should be celebrated for his hard work and natural gift regardless. If he wants to go to what is generally regarded to be the most prestigious university in the world, who are any of we to say, oh why didn’t you choose Wits instead (and I happen to be a proud Wits alumn). People please get off your high horse and let this brilliant young man have his moment in the spotlight!
Your comment is so unnecessary, heal.
THANK YOU!
@@AlbertvWyk what does this young man have to do with that?
Lets hope he won't be told that his stealing other peoples position like how they fight our" foriegn " brothers and sisters for taking their jobs and everything that my fellow south africans feel intitled too .Congrats to him........
@@maltambele4766 a high achieving boy like him won't go for low skill jobs. Low skill jobs belong to uneducated disadvantaged South Africans. If that fact offends any of your brothers and sisters then go back to your country. There are foreign doctors, engineers and educators in SA no one is telling them to go anywhere. For instance Canada and Australia don't accept low skilled immigrants and they don't employ them. Why should South Africa accept them and employ them? Haymarn this argument is getting old what's so hard to understand about this? Do you people feel happy seeing black uneducated South Africans get rejected for cashier jobs because there is a Nigerian that can do to the job for 50cents?
Extremely proud of you boy-boy! Please share your study technique, from discipline to food, to time tables, to breaks to exercise to blocking out unnecessary noise especially during this pandemic. I'm sure others can benefit a great deal too because you young sir, have just becom3 an example. Also, please do come.back to your home country to practice your learnings overseas . Even if it's just to visit! Up up we go.

Well done young, excellent results. Hard work pays off. I know you going to give your best at Harvard, such an inspiration.

Black excellence you mean
@@gstar3569 call a spade a spade mate. It’s black excellence what’s so difficult about that.
@@MightyMike55 not at all...just personally think its demeaning as it suggests black excellence is a novelty. To have to define brilliance with an immutable identity of race implies its not an obvious africans as every other race have excellence.
