You can't simply 'spoof,' a url and get access to someones webcam... the permissions/consent that pops up you can't edit, the browser fully controls this process... he would have had to accept it, or be really dumb.. not to mention cors same orgin policy..... I myself don't hack, but I am a full stack dev.. I can't confirm my theory obviously. I'm 80% sure this is staged. He would have HAD to accept webcam access, and he is a catfish so why the fuck would he do that.
