- This chemistry video tutorial provides a basic introduction into concentration cells. It explains how to calculate the cell potential of a concentration cell. The greater the ratio between the concentrations in the two half-cells, the greater the cell potential. This electrochemistry video contains a few examples and practice problems.

3:42 i felt like he smiled while doing that cancellations, i dont know why but its making me so much happier❤😅
I am watching this at 01am hope I don't fall asleep with your smoothing voice😭
You are a life savior my man D: ♥
Great explanation 👍
Great Video!!
Thnk u sir am in form 6 alevel dng PCM ......UGANDA....u hv been ma grt teacher
your explanation is outstanding sir 🙏
Thank you sir 🙏
great explanation
U have a soothing voice
It's true
Thank you very much
thank you very much
are you for real bro cuz this explanation is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much💓
What if NH3 is added? How does that change the calculation?
Thank you so much ^_^
Nice sir
how do you type the Q in the Casio calculator? I can't get the exact answer huhuhu pls help
No bro you can't, just try putting the Product/Reactant
What happened to faraday’s constant on the bottom ?
It's calculated in 0.0591. See the responce to Victor Martinez
It was all just factored in cause they assumed it's at constant temp
Why aren't there two or even 10 likes options? I wanna like this video at least 11 times. I wasted more than an hour on this topic but couldn't understand shit. But after watching this video i can safely say i know what a concentration cell is and how to calculate it's potential .
So... you learned from it?
👍👍
I don't understand where the 0.0591 came from
Its from the formula: E = E0 + RT/nF × ln Q.
So RT/F= 8.31×273/96485 = 0.02457 and then you multiply by 2.30 because you transform the Ln to a log
@@thibom7942 thank you!
Thibom sir, the temperature should be 298 K, if 273 K is taken then the value will be 0.054. Thank you
