What Lies Beneath - Freshwater Diving

It was yet another awesome "warm" day out combining a bit of freshwater diving into our bushwalk.
This was extremely interesting with much to see and very refreshing in the water especially with temperatures on the day reaching around 37 degrees.
Thankfully I packed my GoPro with me, getting some great video footage of freshwater marine creatures in their natural environment.
An added bonus on the day was coming across a very healthy looking Long necked turtle.

How rare would you say an encounter with a turtle in freshwater is. Thinking about getting into the freshwater rather than just saltwater diving!

@@IronOrbs it is a different experience diving freshwater. I have come across many types of freshwater turtles in different locations.

No sorry, not Tasmania.
These are Sydney Spiney crayfish.
Sorry, can’t give location for obvious reasons - too many people want to eat them
