Yep, this is an insulated shell. It’s built for layering, first and foremost. ME’s wrist cuff adjustment is a terrific idea; the untypical waist adjustment less so. I tried and returned this jacket last year.
Hi Chris! if possible, please make a video about the Mountain Equipment Citadel, I heard that it is the warmest synthatic in the world, even warmer than the Nuclei SV, appreciate you!
I gave up on Arc'teryx about a year+ or so ago after the introduction of "System_A," "Beams" and they're terrible customer service of late, awful color choices and lack of sizing availability. I switched to Mountain Equipment and couldn't be happier with their line and color options. I couldn't recommend the Kryos Jacket more - if you can get your hands on one, it'd make for a great review. Being British, ME can be difficult to source here in the US, unfortunately.
