- Just a small project I completed recently. I had a bunch of long tools scattered around or leaning up against walls. This really helped get them off the floor and organized. Eventually, in time, I will give everything in the shop a home. Enjoy!

Good project, i want to replace a store bought solution, this looks like a contender. Just a tip, when using a Japanese pull saw, you are pressing too hard and rushing the tool. Ease up my friend, gentle, the blade is bending way too much as you seem to be manhandling it. If the blade is dull, get a new blade. Based on The Samurai Carpenters recommendation, i bought Gyokucho brand saws, very reasonable price, very sharp, replaceable blades.

@@SCWD_US love the design. I personally think it’s not just the quality of the tool itself but just think your want to focus on the pull stroke as it cuts on the pull and ease up on the push stroke and you will find it’s much easier. Thanks for sharing your design.
