- This is the ACA P-10 tornado siren at Popuch Park in Milwaukee, WI. It sounded a 3-minute alert cycle for the 2016 Wisconsin Statewide Tornado Drill. This is the 1:45pm test. Openblast64 was also there recording this siren. Milwaukee County tests their sirens on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at Noon. www.google.com... Map to Milwaukee County's siren locations. At 00:20 with really loud volume, you can kind of hear the ACA Hurricane either fire up or rotate this way.
Those dual-tone outdoor warning sirens freaked me out when I was a little kid.
I have a picture of this siren as my wallpaper on my laptop
Nice
Cool!
To everyone says its a P-15 you are wrong p 10 can make this higher tone and p 15 winds up faster than p 10 so this is a p 10.
This siren is kinda close to the Hurricane. Did you also know that the Popuch Park area used to be the City Of Granville until 1962?
very nice
thanks!
Whenever I see this video I think of the Random Siren Shorts by Broken Solar Panel
man a lot of us got out for WI's SWA nice vid man
Yeah for sure. Thanks!
Nice! I cant figure out if it's a 10 or a 15. I'm guessing its a 10
Same
P10, the cone/shroud gives it away
@539 sirenguy sometimes that’s incorrect, listen to the sound p10s have a softer sound
Also windup and windown
I like it sounds kinda like the P-50 but not quite...Nothing can't beat the P-50! Also how many ports?
ACA P-50 is 8/12 and ACA P-10 is 9/12
Chrysler air raid siren beats the aca p50
Who lives close to a siren?
I live 1.3 mi away from a T-128 in Greenfield, and 1.9 mi away from a P-50 in Stallis. The T-128 is barely heard, but the P-50 is kinda loud.
@@daniellejachowicz7569 A P-50 at 100 feet away produces a sound of 135 db. It's really loud! And also cool you live in the area of a P-50.
@@borkluchtalarm yep.
I have your siren at my painting
It just slows down as the siren turns off.
yup all P-10/15's and Allertor's do that
@@arey721 so do all aca sirens, all of them do that.
@@Keaton0801 Except for omni directional ones obviously
@539 sirenguy Yeah, I forgot to say that
P-10
Figured. Thanks
P-15 for sure! Please rename video.
Haha! No. blue10AEMia said it's a P-10 and he's the pro. I'm gonna listen to him
arey721 No, it's a P-15, because the middle piece of the horn is shaped like a cone. If it's a cylinder, it's a P-10. If it's a cone, it's a P-15.
TheUA-camr254 WRONG whether it's a p 10 or p 15 have it this is confirmed as a P10 wind up is slower and less power because it's a p 10 with a 10 hp motor
This is a P-10, if its a tube it's a Single Toned P-15. If it's a cone it's a P-10.
