I can't believe that now even 9 years and 3 months later my machine had that same problem. I followed this old excellent video instructions . 'After cleaning the part and its hoses the machine runs well again'. 'Juhu' I installed a new pump also a month earlier and my Vienna Plus is like my old reliable 4 cyl. Camry running again as if it was just a simple hick up , all my huge worries are all but forgotten. Thanks again, we couldn't have pulled this off without you. Danke schön jetzt mein Freund.
I just want to thank you for such a wonderful demonstration on how to repair your Saeco Viansa Plus. You are very thorough and to the point. My Saeco is 10 years old and I bet I can get another 10 out of her... Thank you again! Cece
Hello, you inspired me to clean my machine. It was VERY nasty inside the coffee dispenser. I'm so relieved it's clean now. Thank you for your inspiration. Quebec, Canada 🇨🇦
Good day, Sir! You are a true life saver (machine's life)! If it werent for your detailed, yet simple instruction video I would have been lost as to what was the cause of water not coming out! Wish you all the best and thank you again!
Vielen Dank!
Once again, your video has saved my machine! This time we found a small chunk of a coffee bean in the flow meter nozzle....so water couldn't flow freely. So glad I saved your video! :) Thanks once again! :)
Hi Jürgen! I just finished this repair, and the coffee maker has performed normally three times. Thank you for the great videos. I enjoyed watching the other one where you replace the power transistor. Best wishes, William, Utah, USA
Thank you so much for this very easy to understand and most helpful video. I followed it exactly as instructed and now my machine is back in proper working order. Danke.
Thank you! With this video, I was able to finish repairs (also replaced the grinder motor) to a 6-year-old refurbished model that will hopefully last a few more years to come.
You must be a coffee machine mechanic to own one of these or you'll spend $$$ to fix small problems. This guy's videos are fantastic and gives you relevant information on accessing parts on your machine.
Thank you very much for this video. I have a Gaggia Titanium with a similar problem. However it's a different machine, the flowmeter is the same and was indeed the cause of the problem. Thanks to your clear instructions how to take the flowmeter apart and clean it, I managed to fix my Gaggia machine! So many thanks, was already afraid I had to buy a new machine.....
"My Hero" - you saved my coffee machine. I already feared I need to retire mine but your video was a perfect step by step guide. Thank you so much for sharing!!
Aloha Jürgen, I wish to thank you again for your videos on fixing your machine. I have finally been able to figure out my problems from watching your videos, looking at the parts diagram, and taking things apart. Today my Vienna Digital is back in business! It might be a trifle slower than it used to be though...
Thank you for your video, it helped me with my Saeco Magic Deluxe. You gave me a good idea how to dismantle the thing. Fixed my water leak (no hose clamp at the water pump for some reason) and it works like a charm again.
Good video. I had hoped you also have repaired a Saeco Xelsis with a 05 error. I followed your Saeco videos and now my machine is VERY clean, but I still have the 05 error "water priming"

Explain to me why in my magic saeco as soon as I disassemble the boiler just to look without touching any gaskets or anything else also because everything is new. As soon as I reassemble, then water immediately comes out from all the parts below from the shower seals from everything and from the cappuccino dispenser instead nothing comes out, why does all this happen? And while everything works perfect before disassembling the boiler. Even if nothing has been touched?
Hi, I have a Saeco Vienna Deluxe SUP 018 and have a problem with the steam, it is nor working anymore, just a hot water is coming up but not steam. Do you know what should be the problem?. Thanks
Yes, when I turn the steam knob to dispense the water I hear a loud click similar to the sound at 0:21 that repeats every second until the red light comes on. Also, the coffee bean container is empty. Does it need to have coffee beans in there even though all I'm trying to do is test if the hot water function is working?
I did everything like you did it, but the water flow is at bare minimum. It's more of a dripping droplet by droplet. The light is still flashing. What is the next step to take?
My machine is grinding up the coffee beans and the patty thing is damp - but when brewing coffee it just shoots water out of the frother, not through the coffee pump. I took it apart and cleaned the screen etc... but still no coffee jsut the frother going off. I'm assuming it's a pressure issue but I can't find any tutorials for this specific problem.
