@@vixen878what law states that you are allowed to get on your phone because your dad was going through something. she did not specify if it was an emergency. also she said she is ENTITLED to 10 more minutes of a break at any time. this goes against your employers contract and if there are rules saying no phones during work hours then you can’t do this. also the law you are talking about is for medical emergency or something similar. not because her dad had a bad day
