- You need only 3 ingredients for this delicious No Bake dessert.

✨Ingredients✨
5 medium (500 g) bananas
2 tbsp+ 2 tsp (25 g) gelatine powder
1/4 cup (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder dutch processed
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (150 ml) cold water
👩🍳Instructions
✅Mix gelatine powder and 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (150 g) cool water, allow to bloom.
✅Make a fine banana puree using a hand blender or food processor. Add cocoa powder and mix to combine.
✅ Dissolve bloomed gelatine in the microwave and pour into the banana mixture. Mix to combine.
✅Transfer into the desired form. Refrigerate 3-4 hours.
✅Once it’s solidified, sprinkle the top with shredded coconut or nuts (if desired) and remove to the serving plate.
✅Store in the fridge up to 3 days.
