How to set up Radiant Floor Heating System Part 1

I am installing my own Radiant floor heating system. I am using the Legend Valve manifolds and I'm doing all the work with a few friends. I decided not to record the install of the pex pipe but everything else will be covered. This will we a two part series just because there is so much. No, not yet. I have most of it filmed but need to record a little more. Working full time, building a house and trying to record it all is proving to be time consuming.

Your secondary loop piping system is to small. 1” minimum.

I have 1” until it splits off to each individual manifold, and that’s how the manufacturer designed it for my system, and it seems to be working great.
