I've already given my thoughts on the new Skarner in a previous video, so we'll have to see what further patches do to sway my opinion, if they do, and just how I'll cope once the Old Skarner is truly gone.
The Skarner Rework really does fix a lot of his issues and no matter how much I adapted to using them, the Crystal Spires were always a problem for properly balancing Skarner, and the more snowbally games got, the worse (either way) Skarner would be.
I'll miss the Q Spam of old Skarner a lot, but all of his other parts have been built up particularly well to the point I could call this near a "Warwick" tier Rework, which is possibly the highest compliment I could give it.

Had a one for all game for my boi skarner against Cho(all tank builds). 15 minutes full build, the most fun I had with skarner

just me coping, but when looking at his e -> q i immediately think about hob/pta with onhit/crit. (maybe bork?)
I wont test it due to 300+ ping but i think there is more cooking to be done

So, my friend and I cooked up a great bot lane duo of the Zombie Voli(Unending Dispait, Spirit Visage, and Fimbulwinter) with Yuumi, and I think the same thing will work well with new Skarner. Should be funny.

Would be nice if his Q could be used while moving and went off faster the faster his attack speed was. That way there would be more to building BORK or Terminus.

I sorta dont like titanic with this skarner. He is using up his 3 attacks with boosted attackspeed on auto resets with the titanic active. And i would like to think haste is a good stat on him. So, spear of shojin may be a good first item? It works well with his high base damage on his abilities (enemy %max hp dmg) as well as giving 35 haste to his q which is the attack speed boost ability.

i will miss old skarner, his mobility is just insane, ghosting + w and then using e w r to proq phase rush to literally kidnapping the adc, i love when they say "balanced"
