From the tests I've done I've found that TK with valiance/lucky/vim/lament does the most damage with each nuke. However, the crit chance is much less than with dauntless/anima/lament, but you can use unstable keen elixir to counteract that. It also remains above 100% dodge, so you can use it for offense and defense.
I'm using VHL for farming with 8k HP mobs for 1hit per normal hit, and also fast killing 200k- HP boss below than using LR for farming but slow at 30k HP boss

I’ve been using cav as a solo class for hard hitting bosses. But I do also use it for ultra tyndarius sometimes. Use the same build with penitence in. Still do a lot of damage it seems.

Please Try Exalted Soul Cleaver/Harbringer Weapon : Dauntless Armor : Lucky Helm : Forge/Lucky Cape : Penitence/Lucky Because this class type is dealing more damage the lower your Health Staacking with Dauntless will be awesome
