yeah everyones body reacts different to different training if thats not the case then everyone would be olympian level athletes that just needed to put alot of time in the same program. Always try to find the best techniques and training style for your size and body type. Take awhile thus why people quit the gym their first go around just to find that right regiment for them. But once you find that regiment thats right for you and you stay consist with it and show up most days you will transform.

And I think this is because they know how hard it is to get to where they are, and all the suffering and soul searching they had to do, made them get a higher level of perspective. @@alansmith4655 All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Due to our sin. Hell is the punishment
.“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.”
      ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬
but Jesus who is God. Came down to earth as a man lived a perfect life never sinned people got jealous of him got him convicted on false charges then he died buried and resurrected
Remember how I said our sin is why we can’t go to heaven? The only thing that can wash away your sins in the blood of Jesus
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Roman’s 5:8-9 KJV
So to get saved is super easy
“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.”
      ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Salvation is a free gift by faith alone. You can’t earn it by going to church, getting water baptized, or by any good thing you do.
“For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.”
      2 Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭10‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Then you just have to feel guilty and sorry for being a sinner and repent for being a sinner. Do you feel guilty for being a sinner? If you do then there’s just one final step.
“that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
      ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬
Pretty much all you have to do is tell God out loud with your mouth that you believe the gospel. That’s it super simple. You MUST mean it from your heart to work.
You can pray something like this
“dear God i repent as a sinner. i believe jesus is God, who died, buried, and ressurected, so his blood can wash away my sins. so i only trust in the blood alone to save me not my good works. Save me from hell in jesus name i pray amen”
If you meant it your saved!

I think a lot of the people in the video either already knew who Jeff is or were told when they came in that day that people were filming and so they might be approached. No doubt Jeff got permission from the gym to be there and to potentially film their customers working out.

I don't understand the hate for Jeff. Dude is a pretty solid guy.
I don't care what anyone thinks....Jeff taught me to hold the barbell. I ain't listening shit.
I think that people kind of get taken aback when they hear the term science.
Those science based youtubers make the mistake of discounting human emotions from a training perspective ( taking logic to its extreme in training perspective) which kinda annoys people since gym is a recreational activity for most of people.
Since, Jeff also uses the term science a lot, he also gets mistaken for belonging to the same category which isn't true at all. He has the physique, strength and carrier to speak for himself unlike those other science based yotubers.
He also clearly states in his videos to take his advice with a pinch of salt.
Although, Jeff has recently emphasized on "Science" a lot.
He can still do most of his videos without putting science in them. He has enough experience to speak for it.

@saitama3795 How? I'm literally just expalining to him that the guy did not mean to hate? Also, your height is irrelevant. I'm short myself.

every single one of these pros remind me why I love working out so much and what I can strive for. I love how even though they're different genders, race, age, and size, they all seem to love lifting and have mastered some or most of what their is to bodybuilding/ power lifting and its hella inspirational to see.

I personally do not want to be massive and ripped out like these bodybuilders. Jeff’s physique is no doubt my dream physique.

Jeff’s physique is definitely healthier (and looks better) but since he’s natural I wouldn’t be surprised if his took more time and effort to build than the bodybuilders
