So much love for the Egyptian couple!! I love the support from his partner/family member and I love that he says (in Arabic) : Nobody knows everything. There's definitely some information I haven't learned yet.
I'm sure there were people he approached who told him that they weren't interested or who just dismissed him outright - and fair enough, I wouldn't want to star in someone's UA-cam video while I'm in the middle of my workout at the local gym either. I think a lot of the people in the video either already knew who Jeff is or were told when they came in that day that people were filming and so they might be approached. No doubt Jeff got permission from the gym to be there and to potentially film their customers working out. People here in the comments acting like everyone would perform for a sudden private camera in a public space like a broken and trained circus monkey just because they would themselves 🤦♂️
I've only followed Jeff for a couple of years but this is one of the best vids he's done. Not only because he comes across as so affable with, basically strangers but because all the athletes are open to listening to him also. Nice one...
I'm guessing quite a few people know who he is. He is one of the bigger presences in the fitness community. Also, a lot of them seem like genuinely nice people, so they'll at least entertain the idea when it's coming from someone else genuinely nice.
I wouldn’t exactly say strangers, this is the gym that he trains at. So he should at least know of the IFBB pros that train there also. But yeah, Jeff does come off as a cool dude.
It's funny how so many people find the biggest dudes/girls in the gym to be intimidating. In my experience (most of the time), the biggest people in the gym are also the nicest.
I am small compared to mostly every other dude. But in all my years (15) of weight training I never had a confrontation with anybody. The only negative experience was with an old pensioneer who blocked machines and went to talk to other people for half an hour without even marking he is using the machine, only to come back and tell you to go elsewhere. Told him off the second time and it's never been a problem since.
That’s the thing so many regular people dont unterstand. Ego is only going to stop you from being great. Stop the attitude and listen to people. Afterwards you are welcome to use the advice or keep your routine you did before. Learning is never bad!
Science-based lifting is awesome! i use it alot on the muscles group where i lack.. but i see so many smaller guys using science-based lifting TOO MUCH that they dont push themselfs or lift heavy because they are worried so much about form. if we can find a middle ground its amazing but some people hyper focus on form which is just bad. People think the body can't handle shiit and everything has to be strict. i love this kind of video style! love to see it again
I love the social intelligence you are demonstrating in this video. Really great, in addition to the lifting tips. Thank you for putting this together.
I love the idea of going to strangers and granting them a moment to show off their physique and explain a bit of their ideas on how and why the lift. Thanks Jeff!

If you see a Mike video you will realize he goes into way more detail on how to move and even talks about how to grab dumbells and such. I don't understand the hate for Jeff. Dude is a pretty solid guy. I don't care what anyone thinks....Jeff taught me to hold the barbell. I ain't listening shit. I think that people kind of get taken aback when they hear the term science. Those science based youtubers make the mistake of discounting human emotions from a training perspective ( taking logic to its extreme in training perspective) which kinda annoys people since gym is a recreational activity for most of people. Since, Jeff also uses the term science a lot, he also gets mistaken for belonging to the same category which isn't true at all. He has the physique, strength and carrier to speak for himself unlike those other science based yotubers. He also clearly states in his videos to take his advice with a pinch of salt. Although, Jeff has recently emphasized on "Science" a lot. He can still do most of his videos without putting science in them. He has enough experience to speak for it.
Because he is small.people tend to believe people that achieved something and have "proof" of there argument. If he is so smart why he looks so bad?I would always listen some shredded big guy because obviously he know what he's doin

every single one of these pros remind me why I love working out so much and what I can strive for. I love how even though they're different genders, race, age, and size, they all seem to love lifting and have mastered some or most of what their is to bodybuilding/ power lifting and its hella inspirational to see.
Jeff’s physique is definitely healthier (and looks better) but since he’s natural I wouldn’t be surprised if his took more time and effort to build than the bodybuilders

i love this!! jeff is so polite and humble. lets normalize asking people for consent before offering advice especially in the gym!
Bro this was such a cool, uplifting, and positive video! Loved seeing you in the gym connecting with people and having fun at the same time.
I like how these guys were so open to hearing suggestions . This guys techniques make a lot of sense
It's because he lead with getting them to agree to take on his advice
Giant 8k camera and mic on your face, you would be willing to listen to advice too.
Imagine someone with a huge camera comes to your face and ask the same, will you say no get the f out of here ? 😂😂😂
I wish it were more black people. Whenever I'm in the gym, they look like complete fools but still get jacked.
And then there was Mike 😂😂😂
That’s the thing so many regular people dont unterstand. Ego is only going to stop you from being great. Stop the attitude and listen to people. Afterwards you are welcome to use the advice or keep your routine you did before. Learning is never bad!
This video was so wholesome. It put a smile on my face seeing how nice everyone was.
Made a really classy reply video. Amazing
I love the social intelligence you are demonstrating in this video. Really great, in addition to the lifting tips. Thank you for putting this together.
Man - so cool to see how these GIANTS behave. So humble, kind, and willing to learn (so they can get even bigger) - great video.
Dude you are so polite and professional, no wonder people are ready to listen and hear your advice.
Jeff's seen the insta reels it seems
Can someone explain what you mean? What's the drama?
@slaktaren4849 just some folks online memeing some of Jeff's more nerdy takes, stuff like that lying cable pull. Eric Bugenhagen did some vids.
What reels? I feel like I missed something.
@@laegu5430 The thing is, nobody seems to give any critique as to why it's not a good exercise. They just criticise how it looks.
@Killmaster7 Yeah, man that really rubbed me the wrong way, especially because he was too pussy to even say Jeffs name
I love the idea of going to strangers and granting them a moment to show off their physique and explain a bit of their ideas on how and why the lift. Thanks Jeff!
Jeff in his sneakers, pulled up socks, t-shirt tucked in. Playing into the science nerd
His videos are always just outride positiv, informativ and wholesome. Great work
You know what I love about your video? You busy misconceptions people have about these jacked people. We all knew they had discipline but their humility and willingness to learn is what makes them top of the chain
Hey Jeff, I am a relatively new subscriber, and I really appreciate how humble and calm your approach is. So much more enjoyable to learn from than the frat boys who artogantly shout the entire video.
Jeff's Body Dysmorphia probably increased 100x after this
facts bro
Maybe that'll convince him to juice.
Nah after this I’d be juicing lmao Jeff’s a better man than me 😭
I hope not. He looks amazing. Looks more aesthetic to me as well, the mass monsters look cool but it's too much for me personally
Especially because he has that trans guys vibe (voice and beard style)
Jeff classy af damn . As much as i dont agree with some of his videos hes always super humble .
What part of Jeff's advice don't you agree with?
@@carlodonn8983 Most of his advice is pretty bad. Like, if you're training 6 days a week on PPL, Upper Body, etc. and all of your exercises put the muscle in a deep stretch, there's far too much fatigue. The best split to follow is a 3-6x a week HSP Full Body. Jeff just isn't as knowledgable as people think he is.
You got a great positive energy bruh just subscribed and can’t wait to see more
Just started watching your videos. I’ve been going to the gym for a year and some change and feel like I’ve peaked. I love your energy and science based gym knowledge
I've been a supporter and I'm in proud that your pushing your content farther out of your comfort zone. Keep it up Jeff.
Dude your such a pleasant and sympathetic guy. People like you and respect you and I'm not surprised .love your content
My god, everyone is so nice and open to advice even though they are absolute units. Great video Jeff
Yeah even though the guy giving advice was totally random dude without popular youtube channel and there wasn't a camera anywhere.
This was a cool video with a good mix of comedy and info, good work!
So nice to see you making an effort to translate and communicate with the international bodybuilders!
And that folks is how you deal with internet beef. I'm very glad the video was so positivy and informative at the same time. Amazing energy and open mind from everyone in the video. People tend to forget that even tho science isn't everything it stil is how we menage to evolve throughout the years and, specially if you're a natural bodybuilder/athlete, that's going to be the most effective way for you to grow. Thanks for sharing your knowlege with us, Jeff.
Jeff took the memes personally
Can someone explain what you mean? What's the drama?
Which memes?
@@slaktaren4849 I think he means that there are people who hate on science lifters. Its kind of a meme that big guys just dont like the science based lifting
@user-wn2pv5qb5p Thanks!
@@Anisozygoptera Basically Mike doesnt enjoy when people focus so much on science and such instead of focusing on actual form and training. Jeff went on to criticize sulek when sulek is big even without following the science which kinda invalidates what Jeff preaches in a way. If you see a Mike video you will realize he goes into way more detail on how to move and even talks about how to grab dumbells and such. He also enjoys bodybuilding and that is all he cares about so he is against the normalization of powerlifting moves in the gym as it will probably just going to hurt you in the long run.
Anyway, both Jeff and Mike make good content. Too bad they dont get along.
Great content Jeff. Youre a humble guy! Keep doing it, it makes us know what to look for when analysing our forms.

One of my favorite UA-camrs, amazing content and amazing composure. Much respect and love the awesome work!
Maaaan Jeff you’re the man. Super nice and respectful to all the participators. I handle new people at the gym the same way and this is very encouraging.

bro these pros have almost perfect technique. makes sense how they are so big
Yea he should do this at la fitness lmao (I need free coaching)
Yeah I was a little surprised honestly, really good form.

crazy foreshadow with mike
This video was so wholesome and enjoyable to watch.
Everyone was willing to listen to your advice and was really humble.
Just sad that the last guy was saying everything was a weakpoint, i know he is a bodybuilder but i thought he looked great :)
@Bodybuildingmotivationn Jeff is small?? In what world? You're standards are warped

Are you one of the evil white colonialists?
I love how everyone was so accepting of Jeff giving them advice. It shows that they’ve been open to listening to others in the past, and is definitely something that has contributed to them getting to the level they are at. Moral of the story, being coachable can go a long way!
Sure hope one of these gym bros doesn't assault Jeff for his opinions on body building..

this is one of the most entertaining gym bro vids i ever watched.
One thing I absolutely respect and I have just discovered the channel. You're understanding of the nuances. Also a lot of these big mofos listen to their body. They know what works because the biggest thing is the breakdown of the muscle. They fell it every day.
seeing the 3rd guy putting down his headphones to hear jeff is proof that there's still room for improvement and it's just wholesome to see tbh

Thank you Jeff. Wonderful to watch.
every single one of these pros remind me why I love working out so much and what I can strive for. I love how even though they're different genders, race, age, and size, they all seem to love lifting and have mastered some or most of what their is to bodybuilding/ power lifting and its hella inspirational to see.
jeff's touch keeping you big as hell
I personally do not want to be massive and ripped out like these bodybuilders. Jeff’s physique is no doubt my dream physique.
Jeff’s physique is definitely healthier (and looks better) but since he’s natural I wouldn’t be surprised if his took more time and effort to build than the bodybuilders
they're all on roids and jeff is not so you don't have to worry
watching this in october/november and seeing mike van wyck in the intro is funny af
