Butter does make the world go round but not necessarily for the grill - little post grill butter? Or stick to a grill pan? Mickey Spillane's in town has wonderful salads and does a grilled peach salad but with blue cheese, candied walnuts, and no prosciutto. I think I'd like yours even better - OKay I am starving right now.
