What's another truth? - in the 1000s of years used, I'm sure in Ancient China they didn't have McDonald's and other SAD foods. Taking Tumeric now - could it really help if diet is still poor? And with the increased mental stressors?

@catherinebailey940 take a look at the Supplement Facts label on the one I recommended and see if you can find that same ingredient in NZ.
