The 992 is quite nice overall, but the look of the rear end is simply amazing.
I wonder if the tail lights were from one side to the other one would it look better or worse... Not a fan of one piece from the rear end: the exhausts. Looks like GT2RS wannabe but imho it doesn't suit the "regular" 911's.

I don't like the looks personally, I miss the slim body shape of the old Carrera.
Nice rear end as long the wing is not raised.

Man those drone shots were lush. The 992 has been growing on me a ton lately. Thinking about trading in my 997.2 Turbo 🤔 The 991.1 GT3 is attractive right now too

This review together with Matt Farrah's were instrumental in my decision to buy a 992S. I've not been disappointed enjoyed my 991.1 4S but the new model is a big progression in so many ways. Absolutely love driving this machine hoping to take it down to the Alps via Bavaria in September/October where these machines excel on the twisty Alpine passes.

Your friend and I have exactly the same taste! So I am in love with his 911! Only difference is I would probably like to wait for the Targa version instead - there's something special about the Targa's looks that have always appealed to me. Like you, Luke, I love the back end design & the engine/exhaust noise suits me perfectly. Love that exterior color & the fact that the carbon fiber bits have been painted to match. What a beauty!!

Drove a 4S yesterday and agree that it’s epic fast, a manual GTS spec would be my choice, although that’s years off. Great video and as owner of Cayman GTS while surprised you want to sell already the GT4 would also be the only one I would get rid of the GTS for. Keep the videos coming - excellent!

What a beautiful, elegant, gorgeous car. I'm loving every detail of it. And tale lights .... simply stunning. I saw them in Bugatti and Audi actually, at the Geneva Motor Show in March, so they are obviously becoming a thing (great trend), but Porsche played them just right ;
That Spec is so elegant, I love it. I always think about the 911 as the perfect everyday luxurious sports car but with supercar performance.

@M Heisenberg Did you just compere Porsche and Corvette,it is funny. First one is a super car, almost street legal track car, second one is just nice looking bullshit, just like Mustang, Camaro etc. Did you ask your self why one cost over 130 k$, and the others 30k $.

Would have been a cherry on the cake if the camera was moving towards the right while the beauty did the turn.
I absolutely adore the way the intake sounds near the redline... it sounds borderline GT3! that metalic induction noise is just sublime!
And i love the fact Porsche didn't use stupid TFT, LCD, LED or whateverand designed real clocks on it, not to mention the brilliant retro inspired design, reminds me alot of the 964 interior, all linear and straight lines, all in front of you... oh, i'm in love with everything about it.

I love this video. You have a skill that others lack in theirs. If I’m ever lucky enough to own a 911, I feel the Carrera would be my ideal choice as far as a “practical “ daily driver. This color combination is spot on. Keep up the good work.
