- Got a second little one on the way in May and won’t have time to play with this as it should be.
WHY am I selling? Well to be honest it's been my obsession and vision to build this car to where it is today for awhile and now...it's pretty much done for me. I'm very very happy with how it turned out and with another child on the way in May (we'll have two littles under 2 yrs old) it makes sense for me and the family for the next while to go a different route when it comes to automobiles so that I can include the fam on my adventures. Otherwise this is the baddest 987.1 out there and I'll be back in the Porsche family in time as the kids get older.
I have a 2006 Porsche Cayman S 3.4l 6spd manual w/ 66k miles on it w/ a solid running MRN Twin Turbo Kit along w/ many other items as noted below.

This is by far the cleanest Cayman I've ever seen. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
And with all the upgrades it must be a Track Monster 💪🏼
Thanks so much! Haven't seen your car around lately! need some warm weather :)
@@ShelbyPaget Ya , I havent taken it out for a while..posted it for sale but bad timing lol...will try in the summer again 💪🏼
We all gotta get a cruise going or something before we get rid of them 💪🏼
Why are you selling? What happened on dyno day?
I'm just finishing building mine, but understand your thoughts, when a project is "finished" for you, it's on to the next thing.
I'm sure your car ended up significantly better than the video. I just watched when it was gold but it is two track centric now for anybody but a track head to buy. I'm not knocking it at all because it's probably amazing, but I have to say that when it has the gold highlights before you sunk all this money into it. It was a one of a kind car and a bigger head turner than this one. Like I said. This one's probably way superior, but the earlier version was a knockout
Beautiful Cayman bro. I'm sure you will miss her. I am looking to resto-mod a 987 Cayman or Boxster my self in the next year or so. I would love to be able to reach out to you for guidance and recommendations.
Sad to see the car go. I think investing in a microphone windscreen would massively improve the viewer experience of the videos
If I was not in the middle of another investment I would bring you cash in a heartbeat! One of the best put together caymens I have seen. Props for the tasteful build
That's rad what are you investing in? :)
Such a beautiful build, wish I had a credentials for another 987.
Do it!!!
Funny, I was just watching one of your videos from two years ago and thought to myself “I’ll bet he’s sold this car.”
Beautiful car love what you did with it. I have been looking at 911 997.1 but after seeing what you spent idk if I want to pay the Porsche tax. Glws.
haha no worries! you can replicate it yourself for $60k :) Otherwise you can buy a much lower powered rear engine 911 for about the same cost too!
All that recent work just to sell it?
why no data on the dyno post turbos?
Tuner in ID doesn’t have the proper software to data log go figure
You may have a valid reason for wanting to sell, but why do so many people modify their cars to how they want it, then sell it?? I don't understand.
Idk ha I’m finding I kinda enjoy the process of bringing a vision to life and then I almost crave another project. Sickening I know 😂
@@ShelbyPaget well I must say you did a great job with it. I've formed too much of an emotional attachment to mine. I suppose that's why I struggle to understand. Best of luck selling. Someone will be a lucky owner.
Still for sale?
我想知道你的包围套件是购买链接,我想复刻一辆和你一样的987.1,我现在有987.1的2.7L版本。
Without some Nickies in there or rebuild from open to closed deck I doubt this engine can handle that power for too long considering the problems these engines can have even untouched in terms of power upgrades
Boost is around 3.5 lbs, very low. There are the test cars running 13k miles plus with no signs of fatigue so far. We’ll see!
911 is next?
@@JUNJUN-lw2vr I ended up with an e92 m3 for now!
911 for the next ride?
What is the roll cage?
4pt roll bar - clubsport setup
price?
Sold $40k
@ShelbyPaget Yet you put 32k into it just in mods?? Dude you are just pissing away your money on mods. Mods are only worth it if you actually keep a car long-term otherwise it is just money down the drain.
Come on man, why do you have to sell this a *year* before I get interested in 987's...
I would've paid more than $46k haha
MaY i know whaylt is that bumper
hopefully you stick with Porsche
OMG! :(
I have a very well super clean maintained, garaged 08 S and I'm asking $18,000.00 hit me up.
Location? And is it on marketplace?
I'm curious as well...
Location? Ad?
Ditto.
@@joeybrogna580 I don't know if you received my reply location is Los Angeles and no Ad.
@ttotsbarc Los Angeles and it's not Ad.
how much money did you loose dude with all the mods and then selling it
