I had to go on HRT......at the time I didnt have many symptoms of it all but simply I couldnt sleep...desperatly tired but couldnt sleep...felt very low and annoyed with everyone and everything...it was decided hrt was definatly needed and I haven't looked back...if your body needs help accept it and move forward xx
I had two weeks of losing a pound and I felt gutted like I had failed , so went off the rails a bit but I wasn't feeling well 😮 I know it's ridiculous but can't stop it ❤

Not a supplement but something friends have told me following menopause consultations with specialists - they all recommend eating broccoli! Hope you find an answer soon xx
A blood test for perimenoause is a very old fashioned approach. Our hormones naturally fluctuate throughout our cycle so if the blood test is taken on a day that your hormones are higher the doc with say not perimenopause. So it's really hit and miss. The best way to determine perimenopause is basically symptoms. The doctor will probably only consider the very obvious symptoms - hot flushes, poor sleep and irregular cycle. I have been on HRT for around 3 years - I am a few years older than you, but after a very short time on it so many other symptoms that i had been living with for years disappeared, but they were symptoms the doctor thought were rubbish. There is still a huge gap in most doctors knowledge, I would highly recommend doing as much research as you can and arming yourself with the full knowledge so when/if you go to the doc it is more about you telling the doc what you want rather than expecting the doc to help you.
Oh j hadn’t realised that , I’m actually feeling much better I’m not sure if I was just having a very stressful couple of months or maybe the supplement I got has helped but I defo am in a better frame of mind so possibly it’s not something I need to worry about right now but I guess we will see xx c
It is all about perspective, go to the grocery store and look at a pound of butter and think I lost this. Healthy weight loss is on average about a pound a week,

I bought the frozen prawns but prefer fresh, they were bland and chewy but might be better in a recipe ❤
