Did my belt yesterday, the tensioner is real hard to get a good hold on with a 24mm spanner, took the front right wheel off and the sump guard and the splash guard in the wheel arch, could try grinding the chamfer off of a ring spanner r get on the tensioner. I had to put a socket on the crank pulley to help get the belt on
это не ясно может быть как рабочим так и заклинившей муфтой , офисальный мануал предлагает поставить мелом на кадане сразной стороны от муфты риски , затянуть ручник и поробывать тронутся на холостых на прогретом движке , должен заглохнуть , но риски относительно друг друга должны сместится

Sorry just read that you were trying to remove tensioner, not change the belt
A real easy way to loose an arm or leg I think
