I use Trusox. It’s a brand that’s marketed more to soccer players (I used to play religiously) but they serve the same purpose for whatever sport you play.
It keeps my feet from moving around in my shoes when pivoting, and I don’t get any blisters. I used to get terrible blisters while playing soccer before using trusox.
They’re pricey but I personally feel they’re worth it.
