    I was 14 in 2004, a kid at my high school got shot in the head, survived and was still gang banging. It’s an unfortunate addiction (the streets) that plagues every generation.

And the public chooses to listen to the music with violence over the music that is uplifting. If uplifting music made more money companies would choose to push that.

    In my city during covid a 14 k!1134 a 17 year old in a drive by. …we just had a shooting at a party where 2 teenagers opened fire in a hole in the wall club and a bullet went through the bathroom and hit a 21 year old girl in the head and multiple people was shot.. the music definitely has a influence on people. I saw one guy say since you made my momma cry i gotta make yours cry. It’ll never end because these kids are disrespectful

    The kids of course enjoy the music, but they are there more for the real life storyline associated with the music. That's why when most these artist make other songs thats not dissing it don't get the traffic.. they see they money slow up, so from every angle they are incentivized to drop diss songs.
