He has told Ish business too many times and Ish is left being super aggressive defending himself and it crosses the lines of friendship to me at times. Flip, a Leo, ain’t never been afraid to call things out. Y’all know Leos be with the smoke. Joe doesn’t really like that Flip challenges him at the end of the day and it’s almost like Joe can dish it, but can’t take it with someone who matches going too far like he does. This seem slightly similar to the Rory & Mal thing. Co-host sees their boss as their friend then feels disrespected when their “friend” makes a boss/managerial decision (ie. They seem to get time off for all kinds of things, but a corporation wouldn’t allow that much freedom at that pay rate. You guys sound entitled when you speak this way. A month off with pay for misconduct is a perk people would gladly sign up for.
