    I love this workout because of the no wrist, no dumbbell routine. This is perfect for the days you want to do abs but don’t want the added weights for resistance. Thanks Mik.

    Hi Mik! I just want to say once I discovered your no wrist workouts it has been a game changer for me. I am still recovering from my wrist surgery I had in January and now I’m finally gearing up towards strengthening it until I have good mobility. Not quite their yet, but your workouts are making it so much easier for me to still work on my overall fitness while I’m still rehabbing!

    Glad I found your channel! I have hand/wrist issues so high planks/downward dogs/push ups are not possible for me! Forearm planks are good but sometimes I have shoulder pain so having a zero plank option would be nice too! Thank you!

    Amazing workout and the planks are difficult but a good way to shape the abs to make them look flatter so I am happy to have them in there 😊

    My wrist hurt very fast so i prefer the lower version

    Would really like to see a shoulder friendly work out. With a rotator cuff injury very difficult to even do exercises where I rest on even my forearms

    And that's how I learned that my shoulders are as worthless as my wrist when it comes to support lol 😅 oh well, plenty of other parts to work on.

    Can you please do a 20 minute ab workout? Maybe 10 minutes standing abs and 10 minutes on the mat? I would LOVE that!
