Maaan this was the best C-Bo interview I ever seen! I was going to bed early but I had to watch the whole thing lol. Been a fan of C-Bo since 2002-2003..
Ya’ll should definitley have him back. C-Bo is as solid as they come! 💯💪
Much love from Sweden 🇸🇪 ❤
Appreciate all the support and positive feedback. Thanks for tapping in! 🙏🏾💯
@@HoldinCourtPodcast Appreciate it boss 🙏Glad I found this podcast, gonna check out the other episodes 💯
93 for me still goin!! Lol
I thought the same and I've herd several I like how he ask his questions real subtle
#facts
I started listening to C-Bo in 9th grade and still do to this day I’m 39 years old. C-Bo is a legend!
Same here. Since Tales from the Crypt
When I was watching the X-Raided interview and y’all started talking about C-Bo and wanting him to be on the show, I got hopes. This is what we wanted. C-Bo seems to never get any shine and that man deserves all of it. Bang on em, Bo-Locc!
honestly him living thru all the gangbangin and being so close several times to getting it how he wanted (with all due respect to Bo's hard work & good music) its looks like God truly has a bigger plan for Bo. fat s/o Og! keep pushin. i remember paroling few years ago and the first 2 songs i heard on youtube was
bang on'em & killa! much respect
I think a lot of people praise and listen to c-bo, even though the music ain't that great. I heard people praising c-bo a million of times but when i go through the music it ain't all that. My c-bo playlist would probably have like 2 songs
the ones who need to know-- know!! c-bo your fav rappers fav rapper!
That cuz u ain't looked thru all his old school shit or you just can't relate cuz u ain't lived the gangsta life "groovin on a sunday, deadly game, straight killer " cmon bro your trippin
@@space_dogg not everything is for everyone though. Me, I wasn’t listening to him until 1 life 2 live. “Riding on my bumper” made me a fan. Been a big one ever since. Those early albums are very niche and unless you were there for them, and really into that sound, then you probably won’t get it. Me, I fucks heavy with most of his music, but the early ones are lower on my favorites list. But that takes nothing away from his entire legacy. I’m 40yrs old btw.
CBo is a humble OG. Homie didn't even know he had fans and Pac was on of his fans. God protect this man. One Luv Bo from 831 Homie.....
We need a C-Bo, Brotha Lynch N X-Raided album.! Make it happen for the culture. 💯🦾
Replace lynch with t nutty or just add nutty lol
They have Albums out
@@beatzlewis4441 why lynch goes the hardest
@@beatzlewis4441 t nutty cool but he can't fucc wit Lynch

Legendary! Bo is in my top five for sure 100.
Thank you all for doing these interviews!! Epic
Im honored and privileged to say that I had the opportunity to work with Bo, Pizzo, Marvaless and TNutty. All of them respectful honorable people and living legends.
This was awesome👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Shout out to C-Bo for actually making sense and keeping it smooth and positive in this interview. 💐💐💐
DOPE interview 👏 “Grooving On a Sunday” was on the Autopsy tape.
Autopsy and Gas Chamber are my favorite two Bo joints. Groovin on a Sunday is definitely that one
These are the interviews i wanna hear! Going into detail about his history, his albums! Going into detail about his rap career. Not the same ole " so, how was it like working with 2pac" , and thats it. Dude has a history, not just 2pac.
He's better then pac
100% agree
@@anthonyrodriguez3355 Pacs fav rapper 💯
Right!
Straight Killa was my anthem whenever it was time to get active or hit the club I would play that song on repeat that was my shit! C-BO is definitely in my top 5 list of best rappers and I still listen to him today
This the best c-bo interview hands down! Much love
Appreciate the luv thanks for tapping in! 💯💪🏾
Best C-Bo interview by far.✊🏾 I stil ain't heard noone ask him about how he came up with his style, and mainly his ad libs/backround vocals.. Nobody was doing that, until gas chamber. So many copied his adlibs
Shouts out to the Big Homie C-Bo u deserve it OG and thanks fo keeping that realness in the game Cuzzo!!💯👍🏼
This guy way better interviewer than Vlad and other's I've seen, can't believe this is my first time watching this channel
C-bo is my influential rapper from the 90s. He was VERY forthcoming with information including stuff in his personal life that us fans WOULD HAVE NEVER KNEW
357 has to be the hardest BO track, especially under the herbal influence. The Soundtrack to my High School years
Concept and verses written by X-Raided
I'm checking that one out
On gawd
I gotta go with black 64
I gotta go with 4 deep
Court Dogg is a real gudd interviewer... You can tell he really fans of these dudes and not jus trying to get a check...
Real shit he smooth with it.. he ain’t a clown like most interviewers
Facts he actually let's them speak without cutting em off
Agreed. The Hosts are on point. Due diligence has been done and it’s displayed respectfully. 🚾🫡 I like them both. Shout out dudes from SAC! Sometimes I’ll as k a question in my head and he will ask it out loud for me. As a bay Kid I appreciate that very much. Big Bay Luv 2 Holdin’ Court. 🌹 👏🏼
Appreciate the positive feedback and support! 💯💪🏾
@@HoldinCourtPodcast Bro you remember that song u did wit Agerman and Askari X way back in the day, like earl 2000? Think it was called 'Cop Killa' been looken for that song for years..
Court always coming through with the dope shit.. never disappointed especially with cbo the gangsta rap king!!!
Thanks for the support and acknowledgment! 💯💪🏾🙏🏾
My Favorite episode next to the Raided one. Bo is a legend and had a major influence in my music upbringing as well. The Garden Block as a whole had a major influence in this Rap Game. We definitely need a BLOCC MOVEMENT 2 with everyone and a New Killa Tay album.
Bo came to FCI Safford right before I left I ain’t get a chance to holla at him but I wanted to
We been bumping BO casets back in the old days in our section! Salute BO LOCC!! We love you down here in the Netherlands 🇳🇱
I've been listening to C-Bo since I was 16 and I'm 41 now and he remains one of my favorite artists. C-Bo, Brotha Lynch, Lunasicc, x-raided, hollow tip, devious and so many more..
BROTHA LYNCH HUNG IS METALLY DISTURBED THO!!!! NO DISRESPECT, I CUD NEVA GIT N2 DAT EVIL, DEVIL WORSHIPPIN VIBE, CANNIBAL EVEN!!! I'M GOOD ON LYNCH!!!
This interview was very well done. C-Bo was 1 of many of my high school sound track in 90-94
Man I needed this. This real game big homies need to spread.
When `Pac was referring to Sac~town in "California Love". Pac was definitely referring to @C~Bo🙌🏼💫💫
he was in the video too
@@bgee9658where was he
He was referring to ALL the real ones in Sac, not necessarily Cbo. That song was about whole hoods, not individuals.
@@TheeThunderGodFACTS!!!!
Facts.
@9:35 😂 “Wasn’t no “good kids” everybody was in2 somethin’.” BIG FACTS! The Era 😇
@37:31 “I just put the pen down.” Bo really has an effortless flow. Just caught the Oakland show with RBL, Marv, Spice and others. It flows from Bo effortlessly and it’s evident it’s just in em. Big Salute y’all gotta catch a show. ✅👉🏼🎶
Big Bay luv 🌹 from a Sac born baby. 🚾🫡 Thank You for all of this. 👏🏼🎤🎶
I was calling for this interview!!!
Thanks Court 🦾
great interview. answered a lot of questions i never had clarity on. nice to see real fans and those who actually know his music conducting the interview... well done fellas
Holdin Court should have a million subscribers. Great guests and interview style.
This interview was very much needed! Cbo the Gangsta rap king!
“You can’t be from the set, til your hands get wet.” - C-Bo, Blocc Biz
One of the hardest lines ever, imo. (imo, being the keywords)
Been a 2pac fan since the 90's, as well as lynch, Cbo, master p and all the old school real artists. Grew up same way minus the banging, but shit was savage. This episode hit me so hard had me in tears. Lot of wisdom and knowledge. Im old school and still believe respect should be earned. I got nothing but respect for all 3 of you guys. Thank you.
This was the best C Bo interview- been a Bo fan and learned a lot salute 🫡 y’all ask him good questions and let him talk- “Alexa, play birds in the kitchen”!
Thanks for this the streets needed it real og respect this interview
Fire interview Court! Love all the legendary Sactown interviews you’ve done 💯. Shoutout to OG Bo Loco 💯
Need more interviews with Bo Loc‼️✊🏽♿️
Stumbled across y’all’s channel, great content. Been a fan of Sac towns music since I was a kid. Started off with X-Raided Psycho Active & went from there. All the way from Louisville KY
This was dope!! Real legend Cowboy, C-Bo for short. Thank you for this Court. 916 represent!! I live down the street from North Highlands too
Waited a long time for this kind of C-Bo interview.
I just subscribed and its because of C-BO, its so good to see C-BO finally getting the attention he deserves, this man is a legend who invents his own orihinal style and flow, aint nothing copy and paste none at all......big og C-BO👊👊👊👊
Much love for this fellas for this C Bo interview I grew up on this dude all the way in Detroit , Detroit got love cowboy 4sho 💯
Dope interview Rest in peace King Freak and Jacka. C BO is definitely a Rap legend not just Northern California.
I grew up all over south sac. I loved listening to Cbo and Lynch. I was off 21st street and newport, amherst and niehart, even 47th and hogan by the airport. I love my home i was born and raise. Shit my birth hospital is torn down now. I love my home ill always love my home. 1 love Cbo for real.
You can tell by the conversation about how much of a street dude than a rapper, he can talk in vivid detail about incidents opposed to what song came out on which album, Bo was so caught up thorough for a while he didn’t even understand the impact he had in on the music industry. 90s gangster rappers was really about that ish. I was also a CYA baby and everything I’ve heard about C-Bo was always solid from sac to the bay to la. Shout out to the legend.
I remember back in 1998 there used to be a black navigator that was wrapped up in promotional covering for C-Bo's album "Enemy of the state" and it was always Rollin around the CD in Seattle. Rumor has it that it was one of my favorite rappers, C-Bo himself driving it. I was told that his mom lived in Seattle and that's why he was always up there.. I never seen the driver but ALWAYS seen it Rollin thru the CD. Would have loved to meet him cuz I had hella AWOL CDs at that time including Til my casket drops.
I don't know if it was Bo in the Navigator, but I know Fa sho his mom's lived in Seattle

I'm saying that to say great interview, and I'm on board for this, frfr!! 💪🏽🙏🏽
Damn, i wish you wouldnt have moved on from the West Coast Mafia Records topic so soon. Bo was just starting to talk about that journey being a label owner, and ive always wondered how well WCM did. They put put a lot of albums.
Thank you for this incredible interview with a true legend 😃
My first run in w CBo was Gas Chamber back in the early 90’s. My boyy from my neighborhood had family up in the Bay Area. Pac nor E-40 had blown yet. Only Bay cat we knew was Short! E/S Long Beach Cali’Fownia!!
Bo always been a monsta! Much love up to Sac! 🙌🏾🙌🏾👍🏽👍🏽
Great interview!!💯
while it was beyond brief that was the first time I heard one of the Big 3 of Sac mention Mr. Doc's name in like 24 years lol
What mr doctor do? Why he ain’t wanna talk bout him ?
Tuning n now let’s do this shyt 🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯🔥💯
Interview was dope, C-Bo always should have been recognized higher than so many artist that are considered greats🏆 if u were in any hood in california in the mid 90s u grew up to C-Bo and Sacramento rap, a legendary era
Enemy of the state album will forever be in rotation 🔥
Another dope interview! This was CLASSIC! Id like to see yall get Quik and Spice 1 on💯
🔥🔥🔥 interview!!! I'm wondering what is da deal with Mr. Doctor when Bo said we can't speak on him and shook his head "it is what it is" 🤔🧐 #HoldinCourt 😎💪🏾🔥💯👍🏽
Ive heard it said over the years that Doc snitched on some of his homies. I havent seen paperwork so I cannot confirm or deny but that has been alleged. Thanks for tapping in. 💯🙏🏾
Yo... this a dope interview! But I do have a question... why nobody talk about Mr. Doctor anymore? What he do???
53 on Billboard in 91, with no advertisements. Damn Bo. Im a real Cowboy head fasho!
I grew up in sac at the same time these albums dropped and that’s how it was in sac everyone just straight gangsta repin the set so hard when c bo first dropped the whole city was just like Compton
As a youngsta hearing Gas Chamber for the first time and then hearing the maturity now!! Mane RIP to my homies and other black men that I wish could've heard this interview!!! C-BO you the epitome of a real man!! SALUTE FROM OKC, OK!!

Remember copping Gas Chamber in 93 around this time. Straight classic til this day. Bo always reminded me of Cube straight from the gate...Dope interview as always!
This was a Good look. Seldom see C-Bo in the Raw like this. His music was the theme for many young, misguided brothers of my generation and location. I was DEFINITELY one of em. Yet, as I was blessed with more time on earth than many I know, the process of growth has been the ULTIMATE privilege. Cups up to the Brother, C-Bo... May THIS version of himself be 10×'s as impressionable and effective as yesterday's version . PEACE, outta St.louis
One helluva interview bro👍🏿👍🏿👌🏿
