Thank God you guys found another Nepali food gem there in US. Those momo definitely are genuine and traditional taste of Nepal. The spiciest momo is not so common here in Nepal as well and depends upon restaurants. You guys need to next try Nepali national food, Dal Bhaat Tarkari, traditional way with bare hands, which Nepali people eat atleast twice a day. Also, the month of December is typically mid of winter season here in Nepal. It's normally very cold during morning and evening, with sunshine during the day. You guys would love the weather to try more authentic Nepali food at that time frame. Visit Nepal soon.
December in Nepal is chilly up in the mountains with night time temperatures well below zero. Down on the plains though, temperatures are cool and pleasant. It never gets really cold at lower elevations and it never snows in Kathmandu.
*I Really Liked The Restaurent .. It Is Actually Nice Restaurent .. Subtle And Quiet .. It Does Brings The Essence Of Nepal .. With Amazing Nepalese Food* .. 💯 ❤
"jyanmaara" literally means "murderous" and there is a small chilli in Nepal that is called jyanmaara chilli and it's muderously hot. This name for this particular momo comes from that chilli.
Nepal is extremely beautiful place full of greenary n natural beauty..Explore Nepal properly❤Every Nepalese love momos n it is very popular food of Nepal❤lovely vlog❤
@@alfonsoandjessica If you go to Nepal then also consider visiting Uttarakhand in India and North East India. If you visit north East India try to nibble the tip of King Pepper or try a dish which has a little bit of King Pepper which is hotter then Ghost Pepper. Though it on your own risk because it is very very very hot. For some idea watch some videos on UA-cam about people trying King Pepper though some local people become habitual of it and can eat it easily.
@@alfonsoandjessica Hey Jessica... I saw you and little Alfonso in front of a coconut-water stall in Bangalore, posted by Max Chernov a few hours ago! 😍

during december its not hot neither very cold here.its actually almost perfect time to come visit nepal. Just make sure you ask the locals to recommend good place to eat.because the place is nice dosen't mean food will be as good. Here in nepal a random guy selling momo in the street might serve you the best one you have had so far.
We called it chutney not sauce❤ and selroti is not a desert type , in December we have mild cold you can come in those month you can see the mountain range clearly ❤
Hi Jessica, you had Nepali momo a few times now. How is it actually different from the ones you had in India? January this year, I went to Nepal. Weather is always uncertain on the mountains. It was winter but 60% of my itenery was cancelled due to rain. Earthquakes are also common. So plan wisely.
Loved this vid Jessica. Hi 'Lil Alfonzo You are looking very handsome. Jessica, did you always like/love spicy food (even growing up) or have you aquired a taste for the heat? I like a kick, but not too spicy.

I have never heard any body misuse the word "spicy" so many times as here. She probably means "hot" as in chilli hot but that is Americanism for you. They talk differently there! 😊

Thukpa isn't a Indian ramen what a joke😂, its a tibetan dish mostly eaten in Tibet and Nepal, Indians claim everything as their own lol.
