My dad went to the ER last night, he’s been avoiding the doctor for months and lost 120 lbs. In the moment he was sounding pretty gloom and doom and my mind sent forth the fish hook baited with anxiety, stress, fear, then sadness, regret, and guilt all at once. *Immediately* I went into the great I AM protection and inwardly said to myself “I AM the only presence in that individual directing and commanding perfect health and peace”, and I saw it as done then and there, that moment. There was still resistance. But that’s what this journey is about, persistence, diligence, intention and sincerity. Turning away from victimhood is a choice we can all make and it is the most liberating thing you can ever do in life. Thank you Aaron ❤️

I just started my company and the hardest moments are the ones where I’m sitting by myself in my car feeling contraction and literally talking myself up the emotional scale. This is amazing. I have been doing this my whole life and not knowing it was a spiritual practice. I raised my daughter telling her if you don't like something about yourself, then change you. You can be who you want to be. I sent this to her for her and her husband to watch. This is a great reminder to me to start every hard situation with "I am" like a key to always just be and flow. I feel like I know so many things inheritantly and never know how to explain them to others. So those that teach like you and put it out there help me to share the truth. Bless you!

This is absurd....the day after the release of this I had a powerful experience where something sensational & orgasmic was flowing through my face & head during a very deep meditation... I felt something pop in my Pineal gland and the sensation rose to the top of My head... like a crown.
The only recurring thought I had was... "I KNOW" at the moment I didn't know what I knew... but now everywhere I look I intimately see myself 🙏
Like Aaron says my brothers & sisters you don't need to "Understand" you just need to "be" ... this isn't the density of understanding 💚🫡

This is wonderful, Aaron. Thank you. So, if I understand this correctly….I AM is Consciousness living through me like wi-fi. I am the modem and router. I or We can choose to stream light or not-light. We can stream love, or not love. We have freewill on this earth plane. Our choices propels us through duality and contrast and thus we create new creations moment by moment. I’m creating my earth persona and my reality. I am remembering that the I AM is living through me. I am supported and loved because I AM and I AM love. It’s no wonder souls line up to take this earth journey with the confidence of a new soul. It’s a gift to have free will and create.

This is a goldmine of Ahhhhhahhh hitting me. I realized at a young age that not being calm wasn’t a benefit in my life. So I naturally said to myself and thought what does calm look like and how to behave my belief of my calm. I then proceeded to say to myself and to others that “I AM ALWAYS CALM.” I am now known for being calm in situations in life upheavals. Thank you for clarity.
I had a dream last night where I was teaching a fanatically religious person about the I AM Presence and led her through a meditation to help her tune into the I AM. so I loved to wake up to this video. Always love and appreciate you!

A spontaneous full awareness arrived within me a few years ago in which I suddenly knew without ANY DOUBT that everything I was seeing and experiencing was (and always is) The One Infinite Creator. I saw that that which is taken in through the senses and all that exists otherwise is that which is being experienced by Source. I felt it, knew it, was delighted to know that my "sight" in that moment was so that Source could see things through the unique perspective I embody. I now exist in the world in a state in which I simply know that EVERYTHING I experience is being experienced for and AS the One Infinite Creator. I am ONE with Source, as is everyone. I've rarely if ever spoken about this with other people until now. Thank you Aaron for providing the context for this sharing of I AM. It's delightful to know that others know this truth as well.
I am trying to wrap my head around this. I kinda know there is something here that I need to get! I want to get it! My life seems it is different then most, I see things differently, but part of me feels it is in victim mode, which Is not feeling that great, so I think there is something here that I need to get! Great timing as always 😊. This just happened this morning, life presented me with a situation that could be percieved as challenging, not going my way, the way i had intended. I was able to recognize life just playing out one of many scenarios. I acknowledged it n accepted the moment as is but redirected it. Everything happens for my bennifit for my higher good. That enabled me to not be disturbed or resistant to it. I was able to continue on and after some self care it presented a optional path that im currently moving on. These teachings are freeing me from old programming and allowing me to operate in a creator self way. I am directing my attention and awareness to non judgmental thoughts n replacing the old patterns with love n new affirming thoughts, words n actions ❤. I am blessed 😊. Sending Peace n Love to Aaron and all of his community.

I have had relationship issues the last year, I finally left the relationship after relizing it was all transsactional and conditional based on her subconscious thoughts and emotions based on her past, and I could not account for what took place....I let go... After our last ego exchange last night, i COULDN'T REMAIN IN THAT EGO STATE as my heart spoke out.... So I looked up Ego vs Heart, I found you and some wonderful other insights... I joined you 4DUniversity and I am ready to commit and evolve
So I am back in content with my ex.
But I'm attached in a different way. I've explained to her that it doesn't have to be in the physical sense anymore.
I explained to her that it's on a much deeper level, that's not on the physical external level that we know.
I started to give a different meaning to unconditional love.
I'm starting to feel more of a soul connection to people, whether they are aware or not.
And it's hard to actually describe.
It's almost like I can feel the connection is actually a oneness. Like that divine energy is the same that's what is in the other person it's like I feel the essence of them inside me in vice versa
Like we are all one collective soul.
Beautiful expression and goes right into my soul. And it resonate deeply thankyou Aaron for giving words on what has been within me and what I have been asking and expressing. The deep desire of letting God-Allaah- guide me in what He wants me to be and to do.

I can feel the shift in me when my internal constitution changes from expansion to contraction and vice versa. It is pretty wild. I can see how the difference is a result of energy flow or blockage. It's just wild that I can feel it before my body has a chance to react with symptoms of anxiety, etc.
