When my son was in the nic u and I had to be away from him my dear wise friend told me instead of missing him, I could take all the love that I feel for him and send it down the golden thread that connects us to one another. Sending the love that I had instead of projecting the feelings of seperation and lack wAs the best thing I could do! My son, from his birth at 23 and a half weeks, continues to be miraculously healthy to this day ❤

when I was four years old, a gold and blue light came to me and reassured me. It carried me through my entire childhood. Later, in my mid 30s I did four years of EMDR therapy often traveled back to my younger self in reassurance. Then I realized, it was me! It was me all along! incredible. I love Jeffery Allen. I took his Duality energy course last year, and it was fantastic. Over the years, I've learned a lot of information and tools from many teachers. I was told a meditation where you visualise a golden light of love coming from your heart to another's heart, filling them up with this light, to someone whom you love and see in front of you. It's amazing as it's like I begin to feel the energy radiating from my heart not long after I start doing this.
Wow. Without knowing this, when I used to visualise my boyfriend during meditation, the colour I instinctively imagined our love was golden. Like a liquid golden substance that would pour out of our hearts, link us and expand into the universe. It's so cool that the golden thing is actually "true"
When I was around 10, I was standing in my kitchen by the sink, and I turned to walk out, and as I turned, I saw what I thought was a ghost. It was a figure/presence. I froze in fear. Then, when I was in high school, I was standing at the entrance of the kitchen, and all of a sudden, I could see a smaller figure near the sink. I felt the same feeling of fear. I immediately remembered that it was the same feeling that I felt a few years earlier. I started to realize that I was probably the ghost I saw in both instances. I still randomly think of that. Sometimes, I wonder if I have done that more than once and just haven't put the two together.
Am currently doing Duality and loving it - think Jeffrey is amazing. Amrit, you are a new discovery and I love your style. Please never stop laughing! ❤
About finding a imagination for loving myself: For me it is the easiest to love my animals, because I just loooove them... so I imagine (or do) that, I am hugging with my dog/horse that I love so much and then a very pleasant feeling comes over me. Then I just imagine 9or feel) being my animal receiving this love and me receiving the love that comes from my animal... it gives us both such very happy ++ happy feelings! That is what I call love, love to myself or love between the two of us... works for me much better as to imagine myself being loved or a other person,. I prefer my animals, they have unconditional love and people just can not give me that kind of feeling.
What’s a dog/horse?😂😂 I’m jk. I always have a lot of pets, I struggle with my kids, which makes no sense, I love them so much! But I guess I’m still holding on to MY beliefs about what will make them happy, even though it didn’t work for me!😂😂

I’ve prayed in moments for help from every loving being in the universe including Jesus, the ascendant masters, the ministry of arch angels and my inner being or Holy Spirit - but the other day I saw a sign that directed me to a clip of Neville Goddard which said there is one Christ and that it is also us and part of us - which I guess is the same as saying we are all one. 💖
I think understanding vibration and resonance is all part of understanding how the law of attraction works and not so much a separate law. Feelings and thoughts are manifestations too. Thoughts attract more thoughts. Feelings attract more of the same feelings. Everyday I ask the universe to inspire me to thoughts and feelings that cause me to love myself and others to let in the things being offered to me all along. A mantra I learned from Abraham Hicks. It’s a natural process and Jeffrey is right nothing we need to chase. Things come to us effortlessly. 💖

My energy tactic or tool is - a sphere made from shining glowing energy that is love itself. 1. Use for my aura. I see it around me not like hallucination but more inner vision (close to the memory or the dream). It's working constantly and never turned off. With anything i'm contacting it's going through this sphere and becoming the same glowing energy. It's like love infection. 2. I have this sphere in a space inside of me. There I do all the cleaning and healing. It's light space, the sphere is always from the left side. I can open it and put there anything I want. It will immediately become this light and might go to the source. Bc the sphere is connected with a wire from the down and the top. 3. I create a sphere when I need to send some support to people or heal. Actually with this energy it's the same (always heals and support). I would say it's more like a tunning going there rather transformation. 4. I have a sphere for the whole Earth. I see Earth from the space, the wire coming from my chest (there I have a glowing mowing inwards tor which is the source of everything). I command to tune whole Planet and send this energy where it's needed the most. I also see some things when the group of people doing a spiritual ceremony. Their spheres connected to the tor which is in the center and there sometime the rainbow appear. I know sounds weird maybe. But I do have a few types of Synesthesia so it might be connected. Something like that. Let me know if anyone sees kinda similar things.
I have seen three people's auras in my life, right when I first met them and only for a few seconds. The first person had a brown aura, I found out afterwards they had recently lost their baby to cot death, the second person had a beautiful golden aura, they were a teenager at the time and went on to be a world class musician, and the last person had a purple aura and now knowing her very well I have learnt she is a very spiritually evolved person

Interesting! About our two brains within that you mentioned... I've been doing this for several years now and have figured out that one side of the brain is male, the other female...Wich I have learned if done right for spiritual and physical fitness I have connected to my internal Soulmate. Moreover, some belief systems talk about us having two spirits.
When I take a small piece of cannabis, gummy, my ego, judging, critical self gets out of the way. I am totally present and I do love myself. It’s an amazing feeling. I get downloads, and I feel I am connecting with my yourself. Hopefully I can integrate more of that with other techniques, such as Breath work, which is, my form of meditation, since I am somewhat ADD I think ❤
Thank you so much for this podcast, I feel very fortunate things come up for me and over the years I have learnt to trust that simply putting my attention on it, looking straight into "the eyes of the bull", allowing it without judgement, without haste , without trying to get rid of it something so beautiful and miraculous happens a dissolution, a melting down , a gentle self healing takes place every single time, only resisting it creates pain, discomfort and fear, yes a great deal of courage and trust is needed the first time we finally face our deepest issues, fears that only we fabricated and created in the first place , the more we dive into making that decision and the choice to face ourselves the easier it gets, love starts pouring in and healing light, for some of us it may take many times, many years though undoubtedly it gets easier and easier, and as we gently , slowly become more aware we recognise that we are multidimensional light beings emanating light and love throughout the universe and we all are one and the same thing, we are one and we emanate love because we are Love. Gratitude to all Light Beings in Service to the One.

This is the second time I've heard someone share about experiencing being other individuals and that's exciting to me because I do the same thing as did my priestess, for example, I might be in a public location and suddenly I'm experiencing being everyone, other creatures too, like a bird flying by. As far as things happening to me that is more in the spiritual world, a few things... and it always happens randomly, I have no control over it.... I will see someone, for a few seconds who is not actually there - and once my husband saw the same person at the same time - and the other thing that happens is the same as Jeffrey, a voice drops into my head and directs me, always in a lovingly wise way....don't get me wrong, I'm not schizophrenic! 😅 Time between things like this happening could be months or years ❤ Also, I have seen a few people's auras. Lots of other things but that's enough for now! Haha
I wish Amrit would adjust his volume to match his guests volume. It is hard to hear his questions sometimes and I have the volume on my tablet at max. 😕
@amrit I’m enjoying the talk but it’s actually hard to listen/watch due to the volume of commercials that keep popping up. I want to drop off, working through it, though think if there is a way you can reduce the volume and velocity of all the commercial interruptions, you’ll retain your audience views for longer. Hi Amrit, love your show and the people you interview. Just heard you say on a recent video that want to increase the number of people who hear your message. One marketing idea: poll how many people enjoy the loud scream at the beginning. For those of us listening with earphones -I imagine there are many- it would be a game changer. I always try to gage when it will come on so I can turn the sound back up again but it’s tricky and, tbh, a bit of a pain. Thank you and I’ve no doubt you will continue to reach many others. (I imagine many of us who listen to you are on the sensitive side). There are times when I can’t spend time gaging that moment, for example when I’m driving and my speakers are turned up high enough so I can hear over the freeway sound, so I end up skipping the whole episode, which is kinda sad

We did conduct a poll recently and it was somewhat inconclusive... There's a few things at play here if you'll grant me the space to talk about them: 1. Authenticity: in the world of creating online content it is very easy to 'lose yourself" to 'conform' to what is the norm... And I guess the norm is the norm for a reason... But the 'YEW' helps me stay 'me' in a weird way... If that makes sense ? Not become too overly 'like' everyone else... 2. Energy: You don't really get to see the guest before and after the 'YEW' they're usually much more subdued and reserved and as soon as the 'YEW' happens - they're energised and in an open space which is something I personally love and is a great vibe for the start of a conversation 3. Legacy: it's been with me since episode 0, it's hard to let it go hahahaha 4. My Super Hard Core Inspired Evolution Audience Members absolutely LOVE IT: And I love that they love it, as it feels authentically me and it's connecting to them authentically too... So I'd love your support a little further - what do you propose as a solution in your very supportive opinion ? I have recently (last 3 months) dialled back how loud the YEW is, it used be a 10/10 and now I go 5/10 and I push the mic away when I do it and then bring it back to my mouth for the interview so the audio is 'relieved' somewhat of that pressure of the YEW. yes a great deal of courage and trust is needed the first time we finally face our deepest issues, fears that only we fabricated and created in the first place , the more we dive into making that decision and the choice to face ourselves the easier it gets, love starts pouring in and healing light, for some of us it may take many times, many years though undoubtedly it gets easier and easier, and as we gently , slowly become more aware we recognise that we are multidimensional light beings emanating light and love throughout the universe and we all are one and the same thing, we are one and we emanate love because we are Love. Gratitude to all Light Beings in Service to the One.

As far as things happening to me that is more in the spiritual world, a few things... and it always happens randomly, I have no control over it.... I will see someone, for a few seconds who is not actually there - and once my husband saw the same person at the same time - and the other thing that happens is the same as Jeffrey, a voice drops into my head and directs me, always in a lovingly wise way....don't get me wrong, I'm not schizophrenic! 😅 Time between things like this happening could be months or years ❤ Also, I have seen a few people's auras. Lots of other things but that's enough for now! Haha

I want to drop off, working through it, though think if there is a way you can reduce the volume and velocity of all the commercial interruptions, you’ll retain your audience views for longer. Hi Amrit, love your show and the people you interview. Just heard you say on a recent video that want to increase the number of people who hear your message. One marketing idea: poll how many people enjoy the loud scream at the beginning. For those of us listening with earphones -I imagine there are many- it would be a game changer. I always try to gage when it will come on so I can turn the sound back up again but it’s tricky and, tbh, a bit of a pain. Thank you and I’ve no doubt you will continue to reach many others. (I imagine many of us who listen to you are on the sensitive side). There are times when I can’t spend time gaging that moment, for example when I’m driving and my speakers are turned up high enough so I can hear over the freeway sound, so I end up skipping the whole episode, which is kinda sad

There's a few things at play here if you'll grant me the space to talk about them:
1. Authenticity: in the world of creating online content it is very easy to 'lose yourself" to 'conform' to what is the norm... And I guess the norm is the norm for a reason... But the 'YEW' helps me stay 'me' in a weird way... If that makes sense ? Not become too overly 'like' everyone else...
2. Energy: You don't really get to see the guest before and after the 'YEW' they're usually much more subdued and reserved and as soon as the 'YEW' happens - they're energised and in an open space which is something I personally love and is a great vibe for the start of a conversation
3. Legacy: it's been with me since episode 0, it's hard to let it go hahahaha
4. My Super Hard Core Inspired Evolution Audience Members absolutely LOVE IT: And I love that they love it, as it feels authentically me and it's connecting to them authentically too...
So I'd love your support a little further - what do you propose as a solution in your very supportive opinion ?
I have recently (last 3 months) dialled back how loud the YEW is, it used be a 10/10 and now I go 5/10 and I push the mic away when I do it and then bring it back to my mouth for the interview so the audio is 'relieved' somewhat of that pressure of the YEW. But great and interesting to hear from you that I could do more in this space...
