Hi doctor. I am in Australia. We don't have good specialists in thyroid .GP don't know and care about thyroid much . All they do only give levothyroxine. They don't talk about food like you do. I mentioned about your information to my GP. They said that only people on you tube, there is no scientific evidence. I feel so disappointed as a patient, we don't know who we listen to .your info is definitely logic.I will do like you said.I think you were born to help people with your honest heart. God blesses you and your family doctor. Please help us .I have hashi for 7 years, I am on levothyroxine 50mcg, because of my dry hair lost , I insisted to increase to 75mcg now.
My TPO 1300 is the highest side for 7 years .
I tries to eliminate gluten and dairy, soy , process and grain, sugar.
I love eggs so much, you replied me preferably not to eat unless organic so I eat organic eggs now.

Very true ,.Graves people can use tofu but not hashimoto or HYPOTHYROIDISM. YET all the rest can be used but but must watch the sea food for mercury and graves people must lower their sea food for the iodine .
I have hyper for 11 years. I am allergic to tofu, soya & shellfish but do eat most of the foods the doctor mentioned & have been off medication for 4 years.

Is it possible for your team to test the cooked beans in lab, especially when they are soaked and cooked , traditional Indian way… I need to prove it to my family and friends the goodness of beans, if we can prove by numbers it will be best! thank you! My grandma is 97 and in good health, and kids keep telling she needs protein.. she is vegetarian and lived on dal all her life …family is telling her to eat more protein instead of learning her healthy lifestyle 😀 .. if you can make one video on high protein diet and how much our body can really absorb those high protein will be great! You missed one very important source of selenium which is flex seeds.
I regularly consume the same and m pretty sure that it helps in hypothyroidism.
