Totally unprofessional way to remove the tin can. No offense but the army professionals showed zero IQ in dealing with this situation. They should have sedated the bear first then secondly they could have tied each pair of legs so that it could not run away or lunge at the rescuers and finally they should have worked from the bottom of the can cleaving it open for the bear to breathe.
I see very unprofessionalism sadly involved. Some villagers would have rescued much better way than these fools. Most unprofessional and non-equipped army.

They are not trained to rescue.
But they put in the great efforts and rescue the Life of a wild animal
