IMHO you can tell she has no real life by the way she talks. Her whole vocabulary now is TikTok/Internet expressions - girly pop, it slaps, girl dinner, etc. I understand that Internet slang is now the part of our languages but she talks like a chronically online person, not someone who reads 24 books in a month and completes 10 journals full of thoughts all about herself per week. I can't wait for her to drop that poetry book that will be Gabbie Hanna's book 2.0 (I dunno, yanno?)
It literally drives me crazy! She is a 34 year old woman! (albeit with no licence or job, who contributes absolutely nothing to society and expects to be supported by taxpayers and the government). Speaking like a 15 year old Tik Tok aficionado is desperate and pathetic.... perhaps she thinks it will appeal to a new, younger audience?.... but all it really does is further infuriate and vindicate the majority of her rapidly dwindling audience, who only watch reaction content, to laugh at her.
I feel like she is wearing black because it doesn't show sweat as much, also why is she so surprised she isn't hungry when she is literally taking a medication to make her not hungry? Make it make sense

Honestly I think she's just wearing all the black cause she thinks it's slimmeen because that's actually a thing. However like all things amber doesn't grasp that that's not how that works when one is nearly 500 elbees

As someone who was on semiglutide, my doctor advised me to get as many grams of protein as my goal weight in pounds.. so my goal weight was 130, so I needed to get 130 grams of protein each day
Also, I saw a doctor at a clinic not at a medspa
Same, although I'm on tirzepatide. My doctor recommends at least 140g of protein daily for me.

I'm an advocate that weed and it's products are not addictive (I'm pretty biased because I need them for medical reasons too). But Amber was definitely addicted. She can get addicted to journals, crystals and perfumes. Obviously she'd get addicted to Delta8
@@donamirtzweed itself isn’t addictive but you can get mentally addicted if you build a dependancy for it. I’m a weed user too, for mental health and the ocassional recreation. I wouldn’t trust weed vapes though, a lot of them are laced to get you addicted, speaking from personal experience (not saying all are).

You know what's high in protein? A shrimp ring. 30g per 100g in shrimp. Also her favourite slommy Getting 100g of protein a day is not difficult at all. The fact that she's worried about it tells us just how much refined simple carbohydrate garbage she usually eats.

In fact, here in northern Italy we eat ravioli (usually meat ones) without any sauce, we call them "a culo nudo" (naked butt), usually sered on a napkin, but we don't eat them with brussel sprouts or with anything else. And I can see that these ravioli are definitely undercooked...

Her A1C is in a good range which is honestly so crazy to me because the fact someone can get to her size and eat the way she does (did?) and not even be prediabetic is mind boggling. I was half her size when I was diagnosed and I'm down 50+ pounds and still her A1C is better then mine. Its very odd but I guess possible.
She’s definitely delusional in her thinking that she’s COMPLETELY healthy at her weight. Eating herself to the weight she is right now is going to result in some health complications. Some are already showing but there are more that are likely hidden and will present themselves if she doesn’t take action and lose weight. She’s been obese/morbidly obese for YEARS, it takes a toll on the body..especially at 33 years old

i have a hypothesis, Amber is acting/talking like/behaving like a 14 year old, because her mom is back in her life and she’s making up for lost time?
Amber will have to lose at least 200+ pounds and treat her diabetes & food addiction for at least a period of years before she will see ANY improvement in her legs…plus she would need multiple surgeries and drainings and even then her legs are basically fucked forever. They will never be normal….At this point I imagine the goal would be to just help the fluid drain and (obviously) fix her diet to prevent them from getting worse…

If she's honestly "struggling" to make herself eat... Why the hell does she eat SO much??!! Why not eat a 1/3 of the portion size she eats?? I don't understand...
I've unfortunately gone quite deep down the protein rabbit hole myself. Trying to lose weight weight. Eat low calorie and high protein. It's actually challenging. Unless you eat tons of tuna or chicken most people end up supplementing with high protein fortified products. Eggs, bacon and sausage not that great in terms of protein vs calories.
Yeah!! I'm vegetarian and even if I wasn't I can't eat most meats.
It's kind of stressful but cost effective. I'm fuller most of the time and I don't spend so much money on quick snacks around campus. Lowering glycemic levels is helping me save money!!
@@donamirtz at least with some of the vegetarian protein options they are definitely cheaper. And you can do volume meeting with beans etc. But it can still be challenging and you have to plan everything out. Not my strong suit
It's really not difficult to get 100g a day though. A chicken breast has about 40g. That shrimp ring she mukbanged had 130g. 100g isn't exactly bodybuilder territory.

Side note on protein to try... vital proteins collagen unflavored, mixed in coffee blends well. Also, if you dont want rich protein shakes, MyProtein makes clear whey for 80 cals, and 20g protein. Stay strong gorls ❤

@dakotatoney the unflavored collagen I truly don't taste since it's covered up by the coffee and blends well. The MyProtein sells sample packs if you want to try them out. I like the lemonade and mike&Ike cherry. The best way to drink it (and they mention it as well) is after it foams up, leave it for a minute or 2, then pour it over ice. I really like it, but at least you can buy samples rather than commit to a tub.

It’s the “forcing myself to eat” she’s losing hardly anything on Ozempic.
Someone her size on a diet and zero workout routine would lose more just with calorie restriction.
This is a means to an end. Amber will not come to terms with the fact she cannot eat whatever she wants and lose weight too. It’s not possible. It’ll never happen.
I’m not sure why she was acting so brand new about the protein shake. They were her favorite back in the wifey days
been on semaglutide for a few months and it is so frustrating watching her make such large portions and then saying she will struggle to eat it. by this time in her medication journey (as she would probably say) she 1000% should know that she cannot eat all that without being in serious pain, having severe nausea, or causing potential issues like gastroparesis. the first two weeks of ozempic should've had her eating MUCH, MUCH smaller portions. i eat the same amount as someone who has had WLS. my mom and i literally eat the same amount and she had WLS two years ago. i know we all think amber is screwing up again but good god she is seriously going to hurt herself...if she is even on ozempic bc atp i really don't think she can be if she is eating that much. i know she is accustomed to much larger portions but she really shouldn't be able to eat as much as she is in my non-medical opinion

What is with the 100 grams of protein? I’m a Nurse T2D and have been on GLP1 since January and have never heard that. You do get full fast and it’s in your best interest to STOP eating at that point. Why force yourself to finish a meal like that? This is one of those bad habits that needs to be broken. I Love you Salty Crab for saying what we’re all thinking and keeping it real!!!!! Also about the hair loss I take collagen supplements for that.
