LYRICS:
WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN YOU ADD IT UP?
THE SAME WALLS EVERY DAY AND NIGHT
BUT THERE YOU WERE THERE YOU ARE
DOWN SOMEWHERE WE USED TO KNOW
WE USED TO GO
TRAINING OUR FOCUS ON LATE NIGHT TV CHEAP WINE
SHOWING UP LATE THEN WE WORK ALL DAY QUARTER TIME
AND I WOULD GET LOCKED UP
HOLD MY BREATH
SING MY HEART OUT
BEAT MY CHEST FOR
MY BABE
LET OUR HEARTS BEAT IN TIME
LET THE LOVE GO ON AND ON NOW
MY BABE
WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN YOU ADD IT UP?
THE SAME WALLS EVERY DAY AND NIGHT
BUT THERE YOU WERE THERE YOU ARE
DOWN SOMEWHERE WE USED TO KNOW
WE USED TO GO
WHAT DO I DO WHEN THE SKIES OPEN UP THEIR RAIN?
WHAT DO I SAY WHEN THE PRESSURE COMES DOWN MY LANE?
I WOULD GET LOCKED UP
HOLD MY BREATH
SING MY HEART OUT
BEAT MY CHEST FOR
MY BABE
LET OUR HEARTS BEAT IN TIME
LET THE LOVE GO ON AND ON NOW
MY BABE
SIGN MY NAME
HOLD MY BREATH
SING MY HEART OUT
BEAT MY CHEST FOR
MY BABE
LET OUR LOVE BEAT IN TIME
LET OUR HEARTS GO ON AND ON NOW
MY BABE
SIGN MY NAME
HOLD MY BREATH
SING MY HEART OUT
BEAT MY CHEST FOR
MY BABE
LET OUR HEARTS BEAT IN TIME
LET THE LOVE GO ON AND ON NOW
MY BABE

Spoon deserves the fame of The Pixies, Pavement, and The Strokes. They're like my personal hidden gem.
Amen. Never understood why they aren't as well known as those bands. Their catalog is impressive and can compete with any of them.
I like that they're hidden
@@antifolkhero Probably because Britt is resistant to the big labels. They managed to survive their brief experience with Elektra Records and never had to really suffer the pressures that broke up those other bands and I'm sure they're happy right where they are.
I think they ride the line between painfully underrated and a hit indie band. Ga x5 and They Want My Soul were both pretty commercially successful
Yup. Finally gonna see them next month with Interpol Waiting a decade for this!
These guys haven’t made a bad record yet
Why aren't they playing in 20,000 arenas is beyond me. These guys are exceptional.
This is the band we need right now.
Nothing but HITS from Spoon🤌🔥😎
They just keep getting better and better.
reached in and grabbed my heart and shook it real hard, thankyoukindly
Got hooked the moment I heard their latest album. Amazing record.
Sept 3rd, 2021 - Ogden, UT - first show of the tour. This was THE standout song. LOTS will be another superb record.
Spoon deserve the fame of the Beatles and Nina Simone as far as I'm concerned:) What a voice, what a sound. Great songs.
Reeeeally hoping they come to the UK this year. Criminally underrated here.
I've been to over 1000 concerts. About a year ago I went thru my ticket stubs and was surprised and very happy that I have officially seen SPOON live more than any other band. I even got backstage once!!!
Wow love it. 1000 Concerts rock on.
Maybe my favorite spoon song
Can't wait to see you again in June! Going to freaking rock the Palladium!
me encanta esta banda, tienen muy buenas canciones y eso es bastante para este mundo
I really love this one !🥺❤ Let our love beat in time🎶
These fucking guys ♥️🔥♥️
Do they even know how good they are?Constantly and consistently the best band in America. The Killers are the only other ticket. Both top notch all the way, all the time, every time.
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
It was great seeing yall live then and I'll enjoy seeing you live TONIGHT

See you tonight in Knox!
I love this so much, especially the beautiful keyboard part. I actually prefer this to the slick studio version on the album.
Sign of a great band when live is better than studio version
