The arts & crafts fair at Spanish Springs looked the so much fun.. And the courtyard villa was lovely...definitely move in ready. Thank you for showing a home under 1,500 square feet.

That was the nicest looking Baja I've seen. We love Amerikanos. I got the chicken kabobs, they were delicious!

Always enjoyed the Craft Fair! So many venders. Loved Americanós. Don’t remember them having mussels, or I would have gotten them! Loved the gourmet food language, like “dippety do da”. Also, it took me a moment to recognize “gizmo”, but being from Tennessee, I immediately recognized it to mean remote! Can’t quite decide which language…French or “Kentuckyese”. 👏👏💪😆 You’re the greatest! That’s what makes your videos so informative and entertaining. ❤️❤️ You’re the friendliest, most knowledgeable realtor in the Villages, who goes way beyond what other realtors do. 👏👏💪🥰 Another great video! Love the food at Amerikanos. I have eaten there several times while visiting The Villages. I usually sit outside as that is a great place to people watch.

I would do my homework on this and check directly with ARC, even though I trust Jana. I’d be concerned about the concrete patio as well. Just to be on the safe side.

I would have the ARC check any home before purchase. I've seen stories of buyers who were surprised AFTER closing and had to pay to change things that weren't approved. And they were listed with agents.@@tnek6591

That strip on the flooring makes me wonder if this is a manufactured home. Yet, I see block walls in garage. Would you please enlighten me? Thank you.
I think that they put the new floor down on top of tile which was in the kitchen and dining area. Making that area slightly higher which is why the strip was needed.There are no manufactured homes on the south side of 441. All the manufactured homes are in the original orange blossom area.
