Great video, and your talk at RAM was great! Congrats on the launches, that’s a heck of a schedule to hold to. Your project workback list must look like a stack of dictionaries… Regarding the newsletters: i find that it helps to think of genres as a Venn diagram. Each circle is a given genre. The closer those two genres are to overlapping the easier it’ll be to use one newsletter. Sweet Christmas Romance and Space Marine LitRPG probably won’t share a newsletter well… but Sweet Christmas Romance and a Cozy Mystery with a heavy romantic subplot might play nicely together, because the two genres have similar settings (small town), cast (ensemble) and theme (sweet and fun and romantic).
