I can recommend notion! App for Computer and Phone. It Puts together all the things you have in different apps. It Takes some time to get used to it. But there Are many videos about it. You can have a habbit tracker, Kalender, weeklist. I use it for privat things (list, weekly Organizer, House, cleaning) for work And also for studying. It is soooo awesome!
So since you have "converted" to an iPhone (welcome lol), you do not need an app for scanner. Go to NOTES>Click on the new note Icon> click on the Camera icon> tap "Scan Documents". I use it all the time to turn in assignments that require printing or docs that need a wet signature. Please do part 2: this was so very good and helpful. I am going to try these, the biggest thing I need to manage besides photos are the gazillion passwords. I have mine saved in email. My husband has a password keeper ( not online) . He doesn’t get why this doesn’t work for me. I’m not carrying another thing around all the time. So then when I’m at work or at the store and need to get into ebates or my online bank, I end up changing the password because I can’t remember it but now I have a new password that sometimes I can’t remember 5 minutes after I change it. You always have the best original content and I look forward to when you post. Can’t wait to see the baby. I adore Carter. I don’t know how you are remaining sane with all that going on but I love your little family and rate you as the number 1 UA-camr. Thank you!
I started using the google keep app at your recommendation a few years ago! Now I cannot live without it. I just organized all my notes last week and I color coded them 🙈 🙊 For example, the color orange is for all FOOD related items like meal ideas, meal plan, and our grocery list. I also sub organized them by making Groups like “wishlists” “meals” “home” etc...That way I could pull up all related items in an instance. I’ve never been this organized but I am thriving off of it!!!

I do this too, and I also alphabetize each app within its folder, I’m a little OCD like that 😂 Makes it super easy for me to find stuff, but if someone else uses my phone they’re like ‘where the hell is your camera?’ 🤣

It has changed my life! It took exactly 4 days, there was a bit of crying and screaming but now he falls asleep by himself and sleeps 12 hours every single night. Great video! One of my favorite apps ever is Forest. It helps you to stay focused and productive and off your phone. You set a timer to grow a tree. If you finish the time without opening another app, the tree gets planted in your forest. It's adorable and motivating. It's free but it's one of the few apps I've paid for premium to get more cool features, including planting real trees!

I would LOVE to see another one of these! I picked up bullet journaling a couple of years ago, but I’m finding that it takes a good amount of time to make the spreads and I have to lug it around with me. Hi girls, I have an Apple phone with over 6000 photos..... 😳 too scared to delete any incase they are gone for life! Do u guys know if they stay in google photos EVEN if deleted on your actual albums?? Thanks xx
SHARLENE MOORE they stay on your google you can try and test it by deleting a photo and seeing if it is still in your google and it should not delete from your google just make sure your photos aré backed up!
@@sharlenemoore8957 yes! I have photos on Google photos from when my 12 yr old son was born and have no idea when or how I uploaded those to Google photos but glad I did! I'm other words, these pictures were taken with old phones and new phones alike. Just make sure you set that as the default so that every picture you take uploads to Google photos. I even have screen shots uploading and pictures I receive by txt or hangouts automatically uploaded

I've been using most Google apps recently for my teaching during the lockdown period. Even doing a few online courses to equip me to be a better teacher. Love all your videos, especially the baby names on your other channel. My daughter's name is Nirvana and even though it's not uncommon in South Africa where I live, it's very uncommon in Belgium, where she's living now. I always use Notes on my iPhone. I have a shared note with my bf for our next move, I have tons of notes from speakers I’ve gone to see, and you can scan documents to save as PDFs (I do this a lot with homework I need to turn in especially this last semester). I love that I can pull them up on my iPhone or MacBook whenever I need to see them. I definitely want to see if I like Pocket. I see so many videos or articles I always want to come back to and forget all the time!

Me either. Have to get that started. I pay extra every month for cloud ⛅️ space and to top it off, APPLE !!! They have lost thousands of pics that where special to me and my Family!! they make no apology for it !! Pics of my Mother going through heartbreaking illness, pics of good and bad days. Her last year and half of all Hollidays. Last Holiday was Christmas 2011 and was a good day full of laughter and happiness !!! Then she passed February 29 , 2012 . One month later all pics and 1,200 songs GONE FOREVER !! However, all contacts with numbers and their pics was loaded along with all Text and games. EXPLAIN THAT !! THEY SURE AS HELL COULD NOT !!! SO THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO !!! I pray this never happens to anyone else !!

Yes Google Photos is THE BEST especially for mamas. Keep in mind though, the free account will compress your videos. It will still be decent quality but pixelier. Still pretty great for a free service but if you want original quality you have to buy Google One subscription OR just download all the files on your computer to have original quality and have google photos as an easy reference etc. That way if you’re making a slideshow in the future or want to print something, you have the good quality file on your computer and aren’t left with compressed files (something that might be extra noticeable 5-10 years from now when technology will advance even further). Just a PSA about Google Photos!
To organize your recipes, my favorite is AnyList! I save recipes off of Pinterest or the internet. It will create a grocery list and I can do a menu plan! I use it ALL the TIME!

I’ll look into google pics.🙏🏻 For scanning, I’ve used cam scanner app for years. I like it, but would love a comparison video on different paper decluttering scan apps. Like...any features one has that others don’t. I really don’t love the scanner built into the iPhone notes. I’ve also used iPhone notes for all my lists & things...I need to switch to something more user friendly! I appreciate all the “life organizing” videos. Thank you! ❤️

I LOVE Google KEEP. I downloaded it a couple years ago because of you. Some of my notes are a running list of gift ideas for birthdays and Christmas for everyone when something comes up during the year that would be really special. Also stuff from specific stores like a dollar tree tab, stuff to look for at Marshall's etc.
Your hair looks great! I love Google keep. Another app I use to organize my life is splitwise. I use it with friends whenever one of us pays for something and it keeps who owes who money very organized!

I learned about google keep from you a while ago, and honestly I don't know what I did without it. SUPER convenient and it transfers with phones since it's with google. It's saved me before haha.

Helpful video...thank you! Yes I’d like to see a part 2! One of my favourite apps is Home Routines... I use it to build my cleaning routines... I sort of use Flylady but with this app, customize my own lists as I have weekday and weekend homes to manage. I also love Paprika ... since I travel between two homes, and since we travel too (though not much right now lol), it’s great to have all of my recipes on my phone, iPad and computer.

within in the Google Keep - you can choose to add a collaborator - my husband and I do this on lists we want to share, add to - so grocery lists for sure :)

Hi girls, I have an Apple phone with over 6000 photos..... 😳 too scared to delete any incase they are gone for life! Do u guys know if they stay in google photos EVEN if deleted on your actual albums?? Thanks xx
SHARLENE MOORE they stay on your google you can try and test it by deleting a photo and seeing if it is still in your google and it should not delete from your google just make sure your photos aré backed up!
@@sharlenemoore8957 yes! I have photos on Google photos from when my 12 yr old son was born and have no idea when or how I uploaded those to Google photos but glad I did! I'm other words, these pictures were taken with old phones and new phones alike. Just make sure you set that as the default so that every picture you take uploads to Google photos. I even have screen shots uploading and pictures I receive by txt or hangouts automatically uploaded

Brittany, I don't have new apps but I do use Google photos too and yup its amazing the best part is even in free account, it gives you a huge amount of space to save. I downloaded Googlekeep when I learnt about it in your video long ago and it has made my life so easier. Thank you so much. I love your organization videos : life/ home/ habit everything.

I've been using most Google apps recently for my teaching during the lockdown period. Even doing a few online courses to equip me to be a better teacher. Love all your videos, especially the baby names on your other channel. My daughter's name is Nirvana and even though it's not uncommon in South Africa where I live, it's very uncommon in Belgium, where she's living now. Google keep is my absolute favourite. I love tagging notes so I have "folders" like: private, food, restaurants, inspiration and work

I always use Notes on my iPhone. I have a shared note with my bf for our next move, I have tons of notes from speakers I’ve gone to see, and you can scan documents to save as PDFs (I do this a lot with homework I need to turn in especially this last semester). I love that I can pull them up on my iPhone or MacBook whenever I need to see them.
I definitely want to see if I like Pocket. I see so many videos or articles I always want to come back to and forget all the time!

Me either. Have to get that started. I pay extra every month for cloud ⛅️ space and to top it off, APPLE !!! They have lost thousands of pics that where special to me and my Family!! they make no apology for it !! Pics of my Mother going through heartbreaking illness, pics of good and bad days. Her last year and half of all Hollidays. Last Holiday was Christmas 2011 and was a good day full of laughter and happiness !!! Then she passed February 29 , 2012 . One month later all pics and 1,200 songs GONE FOREVER !!
However, all contacts with numbers and their pics was loaded along with all Text and games. EXPLAIN THAT !! THEY SURE AS HELL COULD NOT !!!

I usually use most of the apps you listed but also Pinterest app, this is my inspiration board, idea board, I will have one board dedicated to every space of my house and also I create one for every event, birthday party, Christmas decor every year, and so long... It really helps me organize my ideas, get a cohesive style and plan my projects
I upload my screenshots to different Pinterest boards and then make the boards private.
I started using google keep when you spoke about it a while back and it’s been a lifesaver...I’m definitely going to start using the habit tracker...thanks for sharing...all the way from South Africa 🇿🇦❤️

Same!! Google Photos is such a good app. Def my fav. It’s amazing. And I love the creativity it comes up with.
Yes Google Photos is THE BEST especially for mamas. Keep in mind though, the free account will compress your videos. It will still be decent quality but pixelier. Still pretty great for a free service but if you want original quality you have to buy Google One subscription OR just download all the files on your computer to have original quality and have google photos as an easy reference etc. That way if you’re making a slideshow in the future or want to print something, you have the good quality file on your computer and aren’t left with compressed files (something that might be extra noticeable 5-10 years from now when technology will advance even further). Just a PSA about Google Photos!
To organize your recipes, my favorite is AnyList! I save recipes off of Pinterest or the internet. It will create a grocery list and I can do a menu plan! I use it ALL the TIME!

Thanks for sharing these! Staying organized is harder and harder it seems! I use iCloud, but still deal with maxing out on space & it’s frustrating. I’ll look into google pics.🙏🏻 For scanning, I’ve used cam scanner app for years. I like it, but would love a comparison video on different paper decluttering scan apps. Like...any features one has that others don’t. I really don’t love the scanner built into the iPhone notes. I’ve also used iPhone notes for all my lists & things...I need to switch to something more user friendly! I appreciate all the “life organizing” videos. Thank you! ❤️

Some of my notes are a running list of gift ideas for birthdays and Christmas for everyone when something comes up during the year that would be really special.
Also stuff from specific stores like a dollar tree tab, stuff to look for at Marshall's etc.
Your hair looks great! I love Google keep. Another app I use to organize my life is splitwise. I use it with friends whenever one of us pays for something and it keeps who owes who money very organized!
I love the idea of apps to organize but I am so much better with a physical planner and tangible things like that. I’m definitely going to look into a bunch of these though. Thanks for sharing!

I learned about google keep from you a while ago, and honestly I don't know what I did without it. SUPER convenient and it transfers with phones since it's with google. It's saved me before haha.

One of my favourite apps is Home Routines... I use it to build my cleaning routines... I sort of use Flylady but with this app, customize my own lists as I have weekday and weekend homes to manage.
I also love Paprika ... since I travel between two homes, and since we travel too (though not much right now lol), it’s great to have all of my recipes on my phone, iPad and computer.
I LOVED THIS VIDEO! I’m going to save it and rewatch several times and send it to my family and friends. Please do more if these. I love ❤️ phone apps, hacks, organization, DIY! LOVE 💗 YOUR VIDEOS!
