Hi, Brittany! I tried to find your old video where you explained how to search for UA-cam discount codes and also Amazon hot deals and can’t find them(( Thank you for your helpful videos!😘
Do you cash out from Thredup to your bank account? For some reason I’m iffy about doing that...
I would love for this to be a series, these tips are great!!!!
Omg ur seriously the cutest thing ever with ur baby bump! You honestly look stunning!
The very first tip you mentioned has to be my favorite. I never thought about that before. That is an awesome idea. Thank you so much for this. I'm already in process of setting up a different account online as I type. Also gonna set up one so I can have $10 every from every paycheck going into my daughters savings/college fund😁
Honestly being frugal reduces stress and I love it!
Who else loves watching her when you feel unmotivated or want to buy organizing things for cheap? 👋 I do!!
Yessss 🙌🏼 she’s my saving grace
Me me me ☺️☺️
Meeeeeee!
Hi Brittany, I watch a lot Of your videos, And love your channel. Your content is amazing. Congratulations on your new baby, I wish you and your family the best.
Brittany I appreciate you as much as I appreciate my best friends, you are inspiring, you are super nice to listen to, and you teach us very important things, may God bless you much♥️💥
Omg I can’t believe I never knew I could request a refund on my auto renewal subscriptions that I forgot about. I just got my $25 back lol. Thanks for sharing all of these awesome tips!
I had audible for 2 years before I realized it (Oops, lol). I thought it couldn't hurt to try so I requested a refund and got it within 8 hours.
Do I call the bank for a refund or the company I have a subscription with?
Honestly, you have made life so much simpler and easier with all of your videos. ly x
Amazon also has Warehouse Deals. That’s where the packaging was damaged in the warehouse, or a set of six came as a set of five, etc. They mark the price way down for the cosmetic defects but you’re still getting the same thing. Just make sure to read the description because the threshold of damage for Warehouse Deals changes from time to time. That’s the coolest thing I’ve learned since working at Amazon.
How do you find those, by typing that in on the Amazon search bar or ....some other way?
How do you find them ?
How to find Amazon deals?
@@JennsCorner777 It is in the drop down menu under ll departments on their website.
oh yeah..this is the best time for this video since the world is going through a tough time. Thanks Brittany😘😘
Yes! I really like to watch these money saving tips video. Please do more.
Hi Brittany, since there’s so many tips would you consider making a PDF list with all the tips compiled together for easy access? That would be so helpful!! Regardless I loved this video, keep them coming please 😁
You had so many great saving ideas. I love that you do your own beauty treatments to save money. ❤️
Is this even a question?! Of course I want more of these!! Everyone can always benefit from some money saving tips!
I just moved out on my own for the first time so all these tips will really help me save some money!! 😍😍
Switching over to drugstore makeup is one of my best decisions I’ve ever made my favorite foundation is $10 when my higher end foundation was $40 and works just as well .
Honestly!! I use maybelline fit me now and it's $6.
So true! I splurge occasionally but most of the time drugstore cosmetics are fantastic!!!!
I miss good drugstore makeup! We moved to Germany and the drugstore makeup here sucks!!! I want my US drugstore BB cream. 😭😭😭
I wish Australia had the same drugstore products as you have in the USA, you don’t realise how lucky you are ❤️❤️❤️😢😢😢😢
Challenge, look up every ingredient on the label. Find web sites that do independent studies because what you put on your skin you are putting in your whole body and there can be some nasty items in those cheap bottles. I am sure Brittany's mom could tell you a tale or two. Health food stores sell makeup too. I get it though-the cost is horrible if you go to a dept store. I drink distilled water because I chose not to drink fluoride from the tap-but we all make choices that make sense to us. Have a good day all.
Sooo clever tips!! Please do a 2nd video as well 💛
Okay so I’m not a Starbucks kinda person, another way that may help, especially if you’re embarrassed to ask for ice cup. If you have a cup that keeps your ice pretty frozen, like a Yeti or any other brand, fill it up with ice before you head over to Starbucks. Then buy whatever you want without ice and then pour it in your ice filled cup.
I do this too
Good idea!
This is a great idea! Especially for people who are trying to live low/zero waste
I was thinking the same thing as she was telling us this
M. Cavazos definitely trying this!
I use an app called digit to auto save for different things (e.g. rainy day, travel, new beauty items, etc.) and what’s nice about it is that it analyzes your income and spending habits and only saves based on those things so you’re never suddenly short on cash! I’m obsessed
I’m so happy you are showing a lot of eco friendly things like thred up and imperfect produce so thank you for that ❤️
Thanks for the great tips! I'd love to see a video of how you color your own hair.
The seperate bank account tip for your savings is genius & the getting rid of 2 items before buying a new item would definitely make me think more before buying something. Thank you 🙌❤
I'd love to see more money saving hacks and how you do your hair at home!
Ahh love this video!! Please keep making them 💕💕 Something that I started doing is every time I am about to to make an impulse purchase, whether it be Starbucks or something at Target, instead of buying that item I will transfer that money (however much it costs) into my savings. It’s helping me change my spending habits and I’m saving a lot! 🥰
Please keep this series!! I love saving$$$!!!❤️❤️Such a great channel!’ I LOVE your money saving tips and items you get for organizing and ideas for gifts. I am so thrilled to watch someone who doesn’t do “hauls” and excessive buy, buy, buy!
I love you don’t complain about our situation with COVID, complain about your lighting, complain about anything!! And you don’t waste 15 minutes on an intro taking about noise in the background blah blah! Omg Thank you!!
Bless you and your beautiful family and thanks for the joy and info!
There’s a whole section on amazon for damaged or returned products. Sometimes the box is only damaged and the actual product is fine. We just got a table for half the price because the box was damaged!
Where do you find that
Yes where do you find this?
Yes, Warehouse Deals. It's a category of it's own.
I also recommend Wayfair Open Box sales, I used to actually work for Wayfair and a lot of the stuff that are returns is still good the customers usually return the items because they don't like a color on it or maybe the fabric isn't what they expected or something like that but so many of my co-workers bragged about the good deals they got from purchasing open box items
@@ashleynicole1139 Thanks for sharing !
I am also verrrryyy frugal and love saving money! I'd love more videos like this.
my favorite tip is the reverse image! I have NEVER heard of this before and I online shop a lot!
monika vilardo u can asking do it with people lol. My friend found her man cheating that way. Lol the side girl posted a pic of him
Google image search is always used on MTV Catfish 🚨
I heard you can also do it on outfits people wear in pictures. Now that's one I would love to learn how to do.
Love the tips Brittany, thank you! Yes please keep these videos coming
girl no way! i didn't realise you were expecting no way!!! ❤️ congratulations!!!! ❤️ your bump is soooo adorable! ❤️ i can't believe how much time flies though! my daughter is 7 now!! ❤️
Hi Brittany Cindy from San Antonio, here's a tip for you since it's hard to find sanitizing wipes, when you finish a container there is plenty of the liquid left in the container try putting plain baby wipes in the remaining liquid you have and you just made some more sanitizing wipes. I do that and it's been a God sent for us.
Yas girl! Always here for some money saving tips! Thank so much! 🧡
Yes, please make this a series. Would love to know all your finance tips!
I love all your tips! Something I have always done is the reverse image search option. As well as the thinking how many hours of work I have to do to afford something. It really helps put things in perspective! Love your videos! I would love to see this as a series!
The Starbucks tip is Gold!! Will be trying that one and checking out Thredup as well!! So many awesome tips! Thanks girl!
I followed you on all channels
But my favorite tip also is everyday zero our our ur bank account. Basically if you have 7.99 you take .99 cents and put it towards ur savings
I love everything that you share. You are so genuine and unpretentious. Thank you for sharing so much information. Especially the google image search, Starbucks heck and your clothes! It’s mind blowing. You look wonderful as always and again, thank you for sharing. I’ve learnt so much from all your videos!
During quarantine, I did some online shopping. Something I did when I was able to go to the store again it was to return items I never used or shouldn’t have buy them in the first place. Always check and keep your receipts and tags if you’re not sure about them.
Your bump!!! I’m dying! 😍
Also, your videos are always so helpful and you have such unique tips! Thank you so much!
I love ThredUP! I like how affordable it is, everything I’ve bought has been in great condition and it also makes me feel good to participate in sustainable fashion 🌎.
I love your saving tips and I feel it would be great if you continue more like this. Btw, you look beautiful and I hope everything goes well with your pregnancy 💜
That Starbucks one is brilliant but I’d be too embarrassed bc they’d see right through me 😂
I feel everybody sees threw me too.
To broke to care 😂
I actually order a venti ice water (also free) so that it's not so obvious.
Order the tall ahead of time through the app- then walk up to the register for the venti ice cup before grabbing up the online order on the way out 😉
Seriously, dont do that. They will kick you out. I don't work at Starbucks but I've seen that happen.
I love the way you are wearing your hair.
Thanks for this video.. I put 30% of my wages to savings account.. It helped my family a lot when due this corona situation I went from full-time to part-time hours .. Hopefully everything is gonna get back to normal soon.. 🤞
That is amazing🙌🏻 God Bless!
You are my new idol!!!!!! Wife / mom goals!!!!!!! Thx so much
girl you are literally my girl bible ❤️
Great tips! Some I already do, but many were new and I will use them. Please do this again!
My favorite one was the target drive up I'm a sucker for "sale" items 😆 I've saved so much money not going to target since the quarantine
Love the idea of thinking first how many hours of work will it take me to buy this item! I definitely am an impulsive buyer & going to start doing this now on to stop myself! Thanks for all the tips!!❤️❤️
Tip: if you have a loan (non-federal), call up and ask to settle it. You will be able to close the loan without paying the full amount . Love this series 💕
How you settle a loan if don't have money haha
I’m so glad that I have found this channel, I seriously love your channel and personality.
I just recently realized the audible return feature existed and it’s so helpful! I’ve needed to return a few books that I either didn’t enjoy or that didn’t really work for me in the audio format. Huge help!
PLEASEEEEE MAKE THIS A SERIES. I WANT TO BE SUPER SMART FINANCIALLY!!
Great video! You look absolutely beautiful in red!
I especially love the google price search tip. How didn't I know that?! Thank you heaps.🥰🥰
Great tips. I love learning of new ways to save. I love to DIY and that saves me a lot of money in home decor.
I like the tip on having separate bank accounts or different banks. My husband and I actually do this. He was always a saver but this is helping us even more. I would highly recommend this 👍👍
Literally me since I started working a job making minimum wage...”a whole hour for a bag of pistachios?” 🤔 Nahhh 😂😂😂
Zebra Lady75 Trueeee 😂😅
For me it junk food & drinks I'd focus most on as really adds up if buy a lot of it. 😐 Some food is worth money as so nutritious.
Thanks for the thread up tip! I’ve never done it but your clothes were adorable!
Yes please more videos like this! Love all the tips and tricks. I feel I will definitely use a few of these! Can't wait for the next video!
You look stunning, positively glowing! Xx
When I have produce that I’m not going to use up, I just wash it dry it & freeze it!
I save a lot of money by making my own cleaning supplies whether it's laundry/dishwasher detergent, window/floor/wall cleaners there are many recipes online. Also I have sewn my own reusable paper towels from old baby burp cloths and then throw them in the laundry with any load! Saves a ton of money and better for the environment! ❤
Re: Coffee... McDonald's coffee is actually pretty darn good sometimes better than Starbucks and cheaper too. If it's not for you no big deal. I just buy myself fun coffee creamers and flavored coffees at the grocery store and mix it up to avoid going to any coffee place and I buy cute coffee cups from the Dollar Tree.
🤮 I cnt drink McDonald’s coffee ☕️
In Australia we don’t have Starbucks shops.
More of these money saving videos please😍
Love "I'm cheap"🤗 because I usually use that word, but really is just being more frugal
I love the Starbucks tip.
I started doing drive up too at stores since corona and I noticed it does definitely prevent impulse buys
Heads up! Amazon will be having a summer sale coming soon! And prime day has been moved to September! 👍
I LOVE THREDUP! You got me hooked some time ago and I’ve placed half a dozen orders or so. When my loved ones ask what I want for my birthdays and Christmas, I say ThredUP Gift cards! They just started providing the option of buying giftcards (which you can also email or print!!) It’s a great way to be fashionable and use your gifts the way you want!😍
I would love more of these. Very informative!
I take any leftover veggies from dinner and freeze, even if it’s just a bit of corn left or 6 green beans. Eventually it’s enough to make into hobo soup! My grandma grew up during the depression and that’s what it’s always been known as in my family.
This is great! I hope this will be an ongoing series. My favorite tip is to look for a code when online shopping. I didn't know I could find codes on UA-cam. I also want to try buying the box of produce.
When buying big ticket items, ask the salesperson if they could do better on the price. I was buying a range and matching over range microwave. As the paperwork was starting, I asked if they could get me a better price. One phone call and 30 seconds later I had a $150 discount on my receipt and the words “customer satisfaction “ under description ! I won’t tell you where , but it is a nationwide store and they did give me the best possible buy !
My husband was shocked ! That’s invaluable!😇
Girl I forgot you were pregnant up until you showed your outfits lol. Looking beautiful as always! 🥰
Wondered if she was on baby #3. Been to distracted with real life in USA. This was nice treat.
I just had to comment that your hair color looks perfect....nothing like Malfoy....beautiful as usual !
get a empty soda bottle make sure its a liter bottle and put dimes until you reach the top most likely you will have 700 dollars saved up 😃
Thank You for sharing that!!💞
O-O okay
Nice 🙌🏽
I thought I was the only one who saved dimes! Yeah!
Brilliant!
Please make this a series! I use a ton of your ideas
When I found out about sites like Mercari and locations like platos closet to shop for clothes it literally like changed my life. I haven’t bought something at the mall or for full price on a website for years 😂 second hand stuff for life
I love Mercari.😂
I LOVE PoshMark too. I buy the most awesome high end clothes, many many many of them with the tags on, for SOOOOO much less!!!!!
I love the one about cancelling the auto subscriptions! So helpful xx
Love the “how many hours did I have to work to buy this”!!! Best tip ever
First of all thank you so so so much for what you do, I adore your channel and your personality, being following you for years ❤️my best tip to save money is making my own surface spray with lemon scraps and Vinegar, it's pretty much inexpensive!
Just got my first order from ThredUp today. They are awesome! You can get such good quality clothes for so cheap. And narrow down your search by fabric type, brand, color, anything. Better for the planet too- say NO to "fast fashion"!
Do you keep them or just rent them
@@stephanied6711 It is an online thrift store so it is for clothing to keep. They do have a return policy if you don't like your items (I think free returns if your order is over a certain amount?) but it is not a renting service.
Brittany talks about Target Drive up, clip comes in showing us! Thank you Brittany for the work you put in to your videos to make them extra!
I always like before watching Lol- love all her content!
LOL!!! ME TOOOOOOOOO!!!!
You look amazing! Congrats on being a wonder woman mama! I have been a big fan for years. Keep being awesome.
Yay!! Thank you for this video! I ❤️ your channel and we love saving 💵💵
Thanks for sharing all those great tips! The thread up was a huge help for me. I've been stuck in a rut bc of weight gain but I can afford the thread up prices without being bitter. Love this series... You've got a great sense of humor and fun to watch.
As soon as my kids are out of daycare i can save money again 😂💸💸
lynnboonen I hear ya! My son starts kindergarten this September, and I graduate from paying $1,200/month to $350/month woot woot!
I have subscribed. And I love the tip of 1 in 2 out. My house is so cluttered and I think it brings a lot of unnecessary stress into my life.
Oh man that Starbucks hack is legit! I’m intrigued, yet bothered by clearly overpaying for ice. Thanks!!
You can also request for less ice.
Michelle Fowlkes Very true. But it’s the idea that you’re paying more for a tall.
I tried this yesterday, though. Blown away! Hope Starbucks doesn’t catch on.
Someone else commented that you can just bring your own Yeti or other insulated large plastic cup/glass with ice in it.
Ice is free
Yes! More videos like this, please! They are so interested and helpful. Most of the time when I shop online, I go straight to the sale section and will only buy something that is on sale, never at full price. Also, when I buy something on sale I ask myself "Would I buy this at full price? Do I really need it?" If either of those answers are no, I don't buy it!
2:10 - "A bigger money-saving life hack would be just to not go to Starbucks at all and make your own drink..."
My brain: "Yeah, I could totally cut down on Starbucks." (30 seconds later) "Is Starbucks having Happy Hour today?!"
I learned to make cold brew coffee during lockdown. When I went to Starbucks finally, I thought it tasted wimpy! I was so disappointed! They use a lot more water.
I just put coffee over ice . Never been a fan of Starbucks. I'm not a popular person , so it seemed it was a Tommy hillfigure thing.
I actually had to do this! My husband said I was getting out of control so I learned to make the Java chip frapps! I really think he just created a monster lol
Lol
@CJ DUNROVIN 🤣🤣
Starbucks trick is brilliant! For those who still use dryer sheets...we cut ours in half. During summer months, loads of laundry are smaller (no extra layers and bulky clothes), so we will reuse our dryer sheets as well. These were great hacks, Brittany! Please keep this series going!
Yesss do more of these videos! Love them!
Hi Brittney, aww you look so beautiful and glowing being pregnant. Just love all the money saving ideas 🦋
Thanks for sharing I’m getting a house in September and currently saving for a washer and dryer aaahhhhh
Go on eBay buy a 10% or 15 % coupon for lowes or home depot and really save also sears is great basic kenmores last forever
Find a refurbished set.
I don't know if people still do this but Freecycle. I had a friend introduce it to me years ago. You join a group in your community and you can pick up items for free that people are just trying to get rid of. My friend got a full, gently used wicker patio set, she just had to go pick it up, ( I went with her)she spray painted it white. She put some complimenting pillows on the set, added other decorations and plants around it and had a nice patio makeover for almost nothing. Maybe $20... it was very chic too. I'm looking forward to this series. I love to save money.
I get all my books and movies at the library and if I don’t like any of them it didn’t matter as it was free
Yes! I also use my library’s app, Libby, or Hoopla to rent ebooks and read them on my kindle app on my phone or laptop
Oh!!!! Never thought of searching UA-cam for codes!!! So smart!!! And love the Starbucks hacks so much!!
The Productive Mommy How to do this?
Love most of these but with the “buy one, throw out two” rule I feel like I’d just throw stuff out and then regret it and rebuy them 😅
Please make it an ongoing series. I have definitely done the how many hours do I have to work to pay for an item. Good tips.
