Ended up in a game with Andras again this evening - he wanted to point out that his movement through sympathy was motivated by the threat of ambushes; I didn't end up asking for further clarification. Looking again at it now: he doesn't leave any extra warriors behind, so for the one at 12:03 at least, he'd have suffered even worse from an ambush because he would've wasted a move and lost the wood chain? It's possible there's something I'm not seeing here, so if anyone sees something I haven't, do let me know.
Wow. Of course, can't see the hands each person had, but while I'll give the WA player a break if they're new... wow, of all the moves ever made in a game of Root, those sure were among them.
If you pause at the right time when all the chat windows are flying by, you can see the part where I act like it wasn't my fault, when it absolutely was.
I've wanted to, but fact is that they're simply less entertaining. My losses are rarely a last-turn surprise, and mostly boil down to "that one situation from turn 2 that's been ongoing all game"

@@a_somebody9519 For the cards themselves, yeah. Birds had terrible draws, cats needed the bird cards to stay afloat, and I just enjoy playing greedy.
