That town probably experienced a great flood from the river after way too much rain made it overflow ...That is why the other town is very close to this one I assume...The people did not want to move very far from the place they knew because these was no real danger to make them move very far away .. I may be wrong but that is the image I am getting in my imagination anyways..

Possible flooding of the river? Sometimes flash floods during that time could cause people to relocate upland a bit

I'd say that there are a lot of bad spirits there (epically since satanic rituals bring in those evil spirits)...I'd feel very uncomfortable there actually....and you kind of sense it watching this video...You're brave going there! :)

La città morta, sai che una notte passando per la strada con la moto incontrai una fila di persone incappucciate? Eravamo in due con due moto, arrivai sotto casa e ancora con il dubbio chiesi al mio amico se avesse visto quello che avevo visto io, confermò. Erano almeno 30 persone che camminavano lungo la strada tutti incappucciati. Non sono più passato per quella strada di notte.
