I bought the same combination on a SUPRA and there is no instruction anywhere on how to assemble the cable. The video shows the stripping of the cable and the order of the wires, but it does not show which side of the small part the wires are arranged on. And this is important because it is not the same on both sides, on one side it is flat, and on the other side it is slightly beveled.
work with rj45 cable is hard , allies of rj45 cables should upgrade there process to make it easy to install , plus the first wire should not be cut because this wire to prevent interferences, please share my comment.
Push and hold rj45 connector while they are inside the crimper.close crimper or...maybe you put the wires into the wire guide wrong...im not sure how myself i made 4 wires 2 of them work great the others are so so
@@kingkoopur9212 Man, it's been endless mishaps with this. I do the wiring right, I think it definitely goes wrong when putting in the connector, the wires somehow don't stay in their right positions.
You put the wire guide on too fast .i know you use the wider side but do you have the narrow side facing doward or upward.also where did you get the gold rj45 connectors? Thanks
I had gotten some gold ones from Aliexpress and the ones in the video the guy is crimping are from the supra store on Ebay. The supra ones are like 6 dollars for one only so I had to find some where where I could more than one for like a decent price.
@@curtflirt2 they say cat7 rj45 connectors will fit cat 8 due to the size of the guides holes etv etc.2 of mine work 2 dont so well maybe have a few wires in the wrong holes
Nice video. How can one be certain that they validate for Cat 8?
Does that mean any RJ45 connector will work with CAT 8 cable? Will there be any speed difference
Super clean, nice work. Are the pairs more plyable with cat 8? Seems less twisted and not curled as much as some of the other standards.

I have tried numerous times and i still can't get thess to crimp properly, even got the same crimper too!
