    Tip: After watching one of his power nap videos, (regardless of length) fight the urge to continue sleeping (Get up for a glass of water or something), and once you do you'll find that your more awake than before you watched/listened to his video.

    It is interesting how you have random thoughts intially and then you fall into sleep and slowly comeback to chatter like vivid dreams and then, the Bell!
    Feels a lot more than 10 mins.
    Been using this almost daily now.

    Been using this alot. Strangely my thoughts turns into random lucid dream, I can wake up with a reboot brain and not as sleepy as before I listen to this. Thanks Jody for making such a great lifesaver!

      Our brain 🧠 it’s neurons and the central nervous system (CNS) is a seriously complex thing. My best guess (based on my last extremely dense course) is that the Theta waves took you to the third stage of sleep (not REM) where you can still have lucid dreams? That’s cool.

    After a month of using this, i wake up myself at 9:51- before the bell. Thank you Jody! I'm preparing for med school, and I don't really get much sleep; these naps help me not go into sleep debt and stay productive without dozing off in the mornings

    Even if I don’t fall asleep, I fall asleep and wake up alert! These videos are magical. Tip: set an timer for 3 minutes after the video ends so you don’t fall back asleep

    I could not stay awake for work this morning. Rather than going back to bed (which is way too tempting when you’re working from home) I invested 10 minutes in this power nap. I feel a lot better. Thank you❣️

    Worked great.
    As some have mentioned, the loud alarm at the end is a little jarring as opposed to rising but then again, I had my phone on speaker (not headphones as recommended).
    Having listened to meditation / binaural/ ASMR videos for years, there are tips for users.
    1) if you continue to follow the same nap/sleep routine, it WILL get easier to get into that state of mind & the 10-15 minutes will be enough. Same time is helpful but not necessary.
    2) highly recommend using headphones if possible
    3) reduce distractions (noises, lights, put phone in sleep mode)
    4) reduce /stop caffeine & sugar consumption at least 1-2 hours before trying to rest.
    5) focus on the sounds, listen to your breathing. This will start to tune things out.

    Normally do this before I work out. Wasn’t really feeling it today and couldn’t get comfortable for the first 10 minutes. Said nah and tried it again, and I feel better than ever. God bless y’all! ♥️

    I work long hours as a transit operator. This works great on a 15 minute or more layover. Leaves me refreshed and ready to finish a day of 12 hours driving in circles. Thank you so much for this gift!!

    I wish I could give this a thumbs up every time it gives me a good nap.
    I also love the gentle push to wake up at the end. The hardest part of naps for me is convincing my myself that it's time to get up now, even though it feels super nice and cozy.

    Oh my gosh this was awesome!
    As a mental health clinician I was like : this is what I do for my patients when we do guided visualization and relaxation exercises, now I get to see how it feels. And it feels amazing. Taking a road trip rn and my eyes were getting tired- stopped and parked at a gas station and found this to help me nap- I didn’t fall asleep but ended up noticing important thoughts come to the forefront of my mind for a few minutes - which was helpful, and then ended up visualizing my “battery” slowly recharging/ it was very

      it was great...I listened twice
      I had 25 minutes because despite running late I needed to get some sleep , so I put this on and then two alarms started...
      I thought they wouldn't last, (I didn't want to get up and turn them off--)
      yes, they did...10 minutes🤬
      hence, I listened twice.
      I went out hard-woke up falling out of the chair I couldn't stand up fast enough🤣🤣🤣 I am wide awake
      turned off my main, very loud alarm --not realizing, that pretty music I am hearing -- now I am yawning and getting sleepy....
      I looked at the title 8 hrs sleep NOOOO
      as I write this -I should already be out the door-no sleep today but this was

    It takes a long time for me to fall asleep so I usually don't fall asleep during these power nap videos. But just closing my eyes for a few minutes really does boosts me up for the day

    Very relaxing, i always used to struggle with short naps as I’d sleep for 20/30 minutes and i ended up feeling more sleepy and tired after that,but this music really helps . But remember you still need 6/7 hrs sleep at Night for proper functioning of body and brain, nothing can replace that

    Wow this is fascinating I did not think that 10 minutes was going to even be enough for me to fall asleep, but I’m not only fell asleep but woke myself up when it pulls you out of Theta into Alpha, and I just kept my eyes closed and then I didn’t even expect the ding but it dinged to wake me up! Definitely going to use this again thanks

    Before I tried this I was napping anyway. It didn't make me 'nap' deeper than before, but I do feel a lot more rejuvenated after before! Will try this one again!

    Wow I’m refreshed. It took that lazy cloud out of my head lol. I hate that lazy cloud. Coffee don’t even get rid of it. I take Ritalin for my ADHD which is a stimulant drug and THAT doesn’t even work when I feel foggy. Nothing beats Gods creation of good old fashioned shutting down and getting rest. Even if it’s a power nap. Thank you for this. I have energy to face the rest of the day. God bless you ✝️

    Hadta restart a few times due to noisy husband but I found a quiet spot I enjoyed it thoroughly. 10 mins listening and 10 mins to regroup was a good time. Thanks! I'll pass it along 😁

    I used this to meditate just now. I had to shut off an alarm that I forgot about in the middle of the video, and I felt so tired. I decided to finish meditating with it, and now I feel relaxed but wide awake.

    I've been using this, 6 min and 20 min for almost two months now whenever I am getting tired while studying/working or after pulling an all-nighter. At this point, I think my brain learned the pattern by heart, because I instantly fall "asleep" (I'm kinda still conscious but I'm sleeping state?) in a few seconds and wake up right before the bell x) I cannot stress how helpful this is for me, especially considering how refreshed I am even after just a 6 minute session. Thank you so much!

    In next 36 days The most important exam of life is coming and I'm studying trying my best i feel so sleepy from 12-2 pm and instead of sleeping i use this for 10 min 😊it works theeee bestttttt
    And after waking up for next 5 min I feel to sleep but one those 5 min cross i become energetic and i get my attention, concentration and my power comes back.😊
