- A little peek into what the Svelts were like in the mid-to-late '60s, zany young kids alive with life, lovin' music, and doing it day and night.
With Wendy Haas, Brie Berry, and Jean and June Millington (all our maiden names:)) You will hear and feel it it all ~ no explanation needed. Enjoy! xx

At first, I thought this might have been a Svelts original, but I did some digging and see that this was recorded by Dusty Springfield.

Fun like the daughters of Eve
How cool to just run into this by random this morning!? Did the Svelts Ever cut some numbers in a recording studio?
Well, we tried ... but that was about 6 months before going to LA, so all that was replicated ... again, as demos w Richard Perry (producer). None of it made the cut, really (although, have shown up in the Collections), and one was massively re-written so much that the titles changed. It was "Come and Hold Me," a song that Jean and I wrote in the basement of Fanny Hill and was the first cut on the first album. (yeah, ran into it it randomly while looking into files. I always find something - we were busy girls!:))
I see potential!
I like it! Was that your attempt at the "folk rock" craze? I loved most of that stuff. You guys were definitely onto something!
We tried everything ... pretty much everything interested us.
@@JuneEsWorld I get it. I did the same thing before locking into one specific thing that I made a career of. There's no shortage of interesting stuff to try!
