honestly this is a great place to be at and it looks great. its close to all the major events in LV like the festivals, NYE, nightclubs/dayclubs, chinatown, not too far from town square, and its closer to other popular spots like AREA15, Fremont and more.
The location is great. Getting in and out of the building is horrible. Plumbing in building is not great. HOA is pretty standard around 800-1000 a month. Don't buy on the gym floor (shared amenities, everyone has a FOB to that floor. High traffic) After looking into this complex and reading the HOA packet then exiting multiple deals; expect to find certain things regarding plumbing on inspection and go into the deal expecting some need to replace cabinets and flooring with higher end materials to match the views.
Crazy that you made 2 videos with 2 units that I was looking at zillow so I thank you for that. The only thing I would add is showing the parking spot for the unit. Some Highrises have great parking spots and others are horrible and small. (Door ding heaven) lol
@@iiPlay2Much no way!! That’s so cool!! Im happy I could help. And sounds good! I’ll be sure to add that next time. The parking here isn’t too bad but it’s smaller to drive around in compared to other parking garages. But it’s right under the tower so you don’t have to walk far!
Hi Michael, do the condos on or near the strip or downtown that allow pets allow cats? I see the ones that have a small dog park, but cats are never mentioned in listings. Thanks in advance & appreciate your content.
@@Angel-810 Hi yes I was going to add that in but I ended up leaving it out. HOA fees go by square footage. The first unit its 1,100$ HOA! And the others are in the 3-400$ range. And no not a shortage at the moment!
@@homesbymichaeln thank you for the response back. There was no shade with that comment. I go by the Allure everyday for work and it was great to see the inside of the property. I work over a FontaineBleau.

@@rogers6168 Hi great question and yes pets are allowed! You would disclose with the front office and let them know but cats are welcome 😺
As well as dogs! Usually they allow two per unit.
HOA fee? Is there any storage?
