I see a freeway below. I lived near the I-405 in an Los Angeles condo with white tile floors. It was constantly full of black sh*t on the floor from the freeway. I'm wondering if this is the same? Of course your are going to say no. But, I wonder. Would be a health concern so close to the freeway.
We don't get the black type soot dirt in Vegas - we get dust. We had a unit in the Martin on the 27th floor that we used as a city place/office and it really didn't even get that dusty or dirty since it was high up. I would run a Dyson vacuum and it was very easy to keep clean. This is located in the city so when we would stay for a weekend, my sinuses would act up from being in the city, near the freeway, and in and out of the casinos which are smoky, vs. my permanent residence which is golf course neighborhood in Henderson near the mountains...
