Im very happy you are 1 of the few dark skin girls out there that keep the white cast issue of sunscreens on dark skin real an up to date. Thank you alot for this honest review
my new holy grail is definitely the beauty of joseon rice + probiotics sunscreen! i don’t notice any white cast myself but you should definitely try it! feels just like a lightweight moisturiser
@I.B.U Thank you! Yea. I need all day moisture. I have dry and dehydrated skin too. I'm using canmake right now but it's not moisturizing at all and I get dried out. Ugh.
I came to watch your video before deciding to buy sunscreen and then I bought the golden Kose suncut and your rating was absolutely on point! I have seriously oily skin and this just worked so perfectly plus it never burned my eyes or pilled!
The hygee spf so consistently gets me compliments on my skin it’s funny lol. I’ll occasionally get compliments, but since I started wearing it I’ll get them almost every time I go out. I think the finish gives such an authentic, non greasy glow that rlly resembles very healthy skin. It also blurs a bit too I think. Only con is that it travels to my eyes and burns quite a bit
Thanks for the oily girl review. I’m older (47) but I HATE sunscreen that make me feel like an oil slick. I’m going to try the Nivea. I’ve heard good things about it’s light weight feeling. Thanks!!!
can you try the japanese skin aqua sunscreens next? they have 4 types: essence (slightly thicker w skincare benefits), gel (extremely light), milk (more runny) & tone up (for oily skin). i really want to see how these perform on darker skin tones, love your vids!
Thank you for this review, I definitely want to try nivea sun water gel. I've been leaning more towards chemical sunscreens this summer, since most of them don't leave a cast, I prefer to wear make up in the winter over a mineral sunscreen, where I don't have to worry about too much sweating
the Round Lab Birch sunscreen is my holy grail at the moment! For me, I wear it on top of a centella serum, Vit C serum, and a moisturizer and I haven't had issues with cast or pilling - my skin tone is around a MAC NW55. my next one to try is the Isntree watery sun gel. thanks for this video! so glad to see Black creators who try K-sunscreens.
For me, my holy grail is the Isntree Hyaluronic Acid Watery Sun Gel, I've tried a lot in the past, but this is the only one that just works wonders on my skin (because of my dry eczema-prone sensitive skin). This one has no fragrance, no denatured alcohol, no essential oils, a lot of benefit to soothe, clam down, and hydrate the skin, super dewy finish, and essentially no white cast. The only thing that's bothering me is that's a chemical filter, but I'm really enjoying it.
oh nooo! 😭 i’ve had such a good experience with the COSRx sun cream (as an oily, acne-prone, sensitive-ish girl). it really does vary from person to person. i recently got the Isntree sun stick because i’m trying to be mindful of reapplication, hoping it’s good!
Is the Hyggee sunscreen good for sensitive skin? I know it’s very individual but maybe there’s a chance that someone could answer that question. I enjoyed the video as always!✨
You’ll have to come raid my sunscreen shelf when you move back! I don’t think I’ve done any Australian sunscreens but I would love to get my hands on them. I’ve heard their sunscreens are elite!
Nivea also makes a water gel sunscreen in with spf 50 pa++++, i feel like you should try it! I think you'd really enjoy it because the formula sounds very similar to the one that you have but it has a higher spf of course
Hello, this was very informative! I do like the (Kbeauty) Missha Sun Gel spf50+ PA++++ because it has almost a powerdery finish. The only issue is for some peeps, they do not like the smell of it. Surprisingly, it does not bother me in the least. I also like the (Jbeauty) Verdio UV Moisture Gel N SPF 50+ PA++++ for everyday use. I have combo oily/normal skin and do not wear make-up. Cheers!!
I just purchased the biore uv aqua rich watery essence spf 50 pa++++, I've seen several reviews where it doesn't leave a white cast but the their watery gel aqua rich leaves a whites cast from what I've seen, if you haven't reviewed this one, can you please do so, thanks.
Thanks for sharing your experience. Maybe try changing the products underneath? I didn't have that experience but I know sometimes moisturizers or other serums can cause that
@@benenon I have! It’s my favorite kind of sunscreens. I’ve been sticking to Neogen and Dear, Klairs for years but wrote down a lot of your favorites to try!
Is that that from etude house? If so, I think I tried it a while back but never included it in a video. I believe that one left me with a white cast. I will add it to my list to do a review!
i agreed until you mentioned the blue suncut bottle 😭 maybe it’s because i use skin tints as my foundation. but i didn’t experience the peeling of my makeup. but i will say, if im rushing and not paying attention- the sunscreen will get a little close to my eyes and the alcohol scent will make my eyes teary.

I can’t stand a white cast lol glad you enjoyed it 😊
Yes thank you!!

Thanks for sharing!! I plan on getting that one in my next order!
Does the BOJ feel moisturizing ALL day or just a few hours? Ty 😁❤️

Totally agree! I powder my eyes so I’m usually fine

Great suggestion! I ordered the gel one since lots of people have requested it 😊
You have no idea how much I appreciate your videos 🙂
Thank you for these brutally honest reviews!!🎉

Agreed!
I just wish Nivea wasn’t homophobic. Idk if the Japanese brand is run by different people but idk I just don’t feel comfortable giving them my money

me 2 it worked really good for me and I'm tan, it didn't leave a cast.
I have dry skin and love the innisfree one, and it soaks in really well for me, but I can feel a slight itchiness from the fragrance
Thanks for sharing your experience!
I have dry skin too and it pills on me
I have dry skin... Which one is better... Cosrx or round lab kit

I think so but hopefully someone else can comment on it too :)
Love this video, thank you!
“This trash product” omg 😭😂 I really want to try the new Tinasorb filters, have you tried any Australian sunscreens?

Have you tried skin aqua the one with the pump and the gold one? I love those and have combo skin.
Thanks for sharing! Its on my list to try!
you're great! Thank you! Love from Greece.
Tinosorb M is a chemical filter but it kinda behaves like a mineral one, so that’s why it might give a white cast.
Nivea also makes a water gel sunscreen in with spf 50 pa++++, i feel like you should try it! I think you'd really enjoy it because the formula sounds very similar to the one that you have but it has a higher spf of course
Yes I meant to order that but add the wrong one to my cart! I plan on getting that one 😊

I recently started using the golden kose suncut and it gives me white flakes when dried and also when I touch my face…. What should I do?

Loved this!! 💕💕💕💕💕
Have you tried korean or japanese sunscreens? My recent sunscreen ranking video had some good non sticky lightweight options.

I would LOVE to see you review Anessa perfect uv sunscreen & Biore Uv watery essence Spf
Adding to my list 😊
@@benenon great! Can’t wait to tune in. Not sure if you’ve tried Beauty of Joseon spf yet but that one is a cult fav.
I thought the round lab looked pretty but felt heavy. I used it up as neck sunscreen.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Have you tried the Sunprise: Mild Airy Finish, spf 50, pa+++ and Mild Watery Light spf 50, pa++++ ?
Is that that from etude house? If so, I think I tried it a while back but never included it in a video. I believe that one left me with a white cast. I will add it to my list to do a review!
100% agree with this list

Hmm it pilled up when I wore the tower 28 tinted foundation under. I might try it withe a different product!
I have oily skin and I tried cosrx sunscreen for a week. My skin hated it and caused me to have break out 😩
Ooof sorry to hear that
Rob from mad about skin was saying how the new purito was trash too 😂
He always keeps it real 😂
I actually tried it and i think it's good for those with normal or dry skin.
@@HereDiianas I have dry skin. I want the grease. 🤣
Please review skin aqua milk...the blue one.
Adding it to my list!
Hey girls. What do you thing about ethanol in 2nd position ? (kose suncut gel)
It doesn’t irritate my skin 😊

I'll add it to my list!!
Have you tried the Shiseido sunscreen?
Shoot I forgot to add that! My last video was on their sunscreen stick
Girl you have a cast on the round lab girl
The second letter is a clear s. Not hard to see at all. Sorry but it gripes me when people don't read the names of any product properly.
ok.
you missed DR G sunscreen
Which one? I don't think I've tried that one
One of the ingredients in the SunCut sunscreen said sperm extract O___O
OH nO that Matte priming UV sunscreen. Was not it!!!
Rightfully in the dumpster fire for good😁

Cosrx sunscreen is the worst sunscreen ever
It Peels too much 😖
